Usually Starbucks employees are professional, friendly and accommodating but last night I had my first bad experience. The wrong drink was made, then I asked reminded the barista that I'd ordered a caramel mocha with extra caramel drizzle. The second drink was wrong. As she put the third drink on the counter seconds later I asked if it had extra caramel and she said yes. When I looked, no caramel. Another Barista added it for me. But when I tasted it.
