Iâve been to this particular location a few times. My absolute favourite order is a Mango Dragonfruit lemonade refresher. I get it at almost every single Starbucks I go to. so I would say I know how itâs meant to taste and look. I ordered the drink and when I received it, it lacked colour and taste as well. The gentleman working behind the counter was absolutely amazing, so kind and thoughtful. He even apologised when it wasnât his fault. Once the barista was informed of the situation they pulled their face and tried to just shake it from over but once the barista saw that we could see what they were doing only then was my drink remade and it still didnât taste like it usually does but I didnât want to say anything about it after that. The only issue I have is with how my drink was made everything else was great.

Ordered a short coffee via the app instead of waiting on line. I watched my name on the screen go to the âreadyâ column even though my order wasnât ready. I suspect mark orders as âreadyâ within the specified time frame even though they are not in order to avoid being penalized.

So I have read the new water policy and how it states that the workers can give the customers water if the store is empty or if itâs not busy and I understand that. But I walked in to ask the woman with pink hair for some water because no one was there, and she said that you have to make a purchase. When I asked her she gave me attitude for asking for water when no one was there. So I walked out empty handed and disappointed. Do better!!!!!!

I live in the area and i frequent this location quite often. The staff are courteous and friendly. Service is always efficient and i am sure to run into a few regulars. I am a social media manager and would love to collaborate with this location to potentially manage their social media account if they lack that presence. :)

Really bad experience. I had to wait for more than 10 min to receive a simple espresso shake. And when the order had been ready nobody went to the bother to even call my name with my order when it had already been put there to be picked up. Besides that, they served me my drink in a broken cup. 1st time here. And absolutely the last. Crappy service.

I ordered a free drink for my birthday and when i got to the window to scan my app For points they said they donât see my acct in there system , I showed them my transaction history and they said alrhough she is physically seeing the transaction history showing that I actively use my account she canât give me the drink , I even showed my id and they still refused with a horrible attitude . I asked for the manager and she said she was the supervisor and she was the main one being rude . i spend hundreds of dollars at Starbucks at several different locations in several states and i was treated horribly, this âsupervisorâ needs better training in customer service. She was awful

It was ok not good not bad. I went to get coffee for a friend, I don't usually go there so I was uncomfortable with there coffee talk. I asked for a grandee with 2 cups. Lmao the person asked 2 grandee s ? No 1 grandee 2 cups. It took a few times of explaining before she understood and I learned it's there coffee talk I want a grandee double cup. Or a double cup grandee. Lmao

The drinks were terrible more milk then coffee and cheap with the whip cream. If you don't have French vanilla then dont say you do. Claims they make it but it doesn't taste like it.
