The service at this location is exceptional! I have a very serious demeanor most times but the staff at this location always make me smile. The manager at this location should be training other stores in the tri-state area on customer service, as their leadership is clearly reflected in the smooth and efficient operation of this store.
Nice, clean venue, but beyond slow. Shouldn’t take 15mins to get your order when there’s hardly anyone in the store. One of the reasons why the Starbucks brand is struggling.
I had to leave a review because it was the customer service I received from Starbucks tonight that was five star. I had the pleasure of meeting “O” (that’s the name she goes by) and even though my experience was short, O made it everything!!! She was super sweet and personable! Honestly, you don’t meet too many people like her anymore in the food service business. 5 stars O!!!
