I really love everything about this place!! The new menu is great and really provides a lot of amazing and tasty options! I’ve tried multiple things such as their breakfast sandwiches and chicken wraps and everything was delicious. The new management as well is amazing and I truly feel welcomed when I go there. I definitely recommend trying this place out , you won’t regret it!

If you don’t have some ingredient that goes in the order you should let the customers know before you let them pay a full price and when the customer gets food and ask about that. Portion changed taste changed. TERRIBLE!

I am in disbelief with just how incredibly disappointed my experience was. This is the first time I have been back since the change of management, wow they really sucked the magic out of this place. First of all, if you don’t have ingredients to fulfill your orders. Please let the customer know. They let me order, handed me my food, and charged me full price knowing all well that they did not actually make me what I order. When I said something they just nonchalantly told me that they didn’t have the ingredients, they didn’t even offer a good substitution, just tomatoes.(?) I had to ask for lettuce as what I was missing was coleslaw. They didn’t apologize, nor did they offer a partial refund, in fact I had added something extra to my wrap and they charged me full price plus the add on even though they didn’t give me what I asked for. The wrap was terrible, overly salty, chicken didn’t taste good and there was still a bone in it, they didn’t even grill my wrap.The amount of anger and disappointment I felt today was is if I had lost a love one. I would have much rather had physically eaten my $20 dollar bill than to eat the “food” I was given. The only redemption for this place is to shut their doors, change the name, the menu and everything else about it. They have killed the legacy of Bagel Culture. I will never return and I hope to god that one day soon I will forget about this experience and just remember when this place was actually good and cared about what they were serving.

I think management has changed ??This is the first time I've seen a bagel shop serving empanadas.Too bad they no longer serve crepes.Why did the employee have to make a comment about me wearing a mask??? ??Bagel was still good ?.

I go into Bagel Culture everyday and even though its under new management the service is still great and everyone is nice. If you want a quick egg and sheet or bagel and salmon this is the best place.

Ordered breakfast for 10 delivered. Delivery person was very pleasant. Bagels and rolls were good! Hot sandwiches were all sloppy and very greasy, and they forgot the eggs in the egg sandwiches! French toast, turkey bacon, and sausage patties were are moderately charred! Based on this experience, next time I'll stick with bagels.
