Guy serving us was talking really loud on the phone while taking our order, oh and since this ice cream store is attached to a Dunkin' Donuts I asked for donuts and was told there were out of donuts! How does a Dunkin' Donuts not have donuts!!!?

The floors were full of paper and debris. The table tops were filthy. The garbage cans were overflowing, with paper on the floor, etc. I didn’t check the bathroom lol. If they have one I wouldn’t risk my health going in it. Steady stream of customers - amazing! Need I say more ????

Ordered a birthday cake for my child's party. Was given the wrong flavors, which I only realized at the party when it was cut into. I asked for my money back and they had the audacity to say I should have called when I realized the mistake to return it and get a new one ("would have only taken a couple of hours to remake")... So, take away an ice cream cake from my kid's party and ask everyone to wait two hours for another one? Sure.Never again.

Old consistent staff was great. New folks are not good. Service and quantity is inconsistent This morning the coffee was like water. The guys act like they are doing you a favor

Love the fast service and they get it right the first time ... no need to repeat yourself. The selection of donuts is standard fair. I'm there for coffee at least every other day, if not more frequently.

Came in for a cappuccino blast. Neither of the 2 staff knew how to make one, didn't want to even try to make it.
Lousy Service, Lousy employees. They claim to close at 11PM. But everything's put away quarter to. If you expect to get last minute ice cream or bite to eat no chance. Store hours of 11PM is an utter falsehood. Either close at 1045 like they actually do or put everything away after official closing time. I won't be going back after being turned away. Shame since the ice cream is great. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
