The people that work there are just miserable. They don't say hello they don't smile... The food is stale.. they toast the bagels so you would not feel how hard they are. The croissants are definitely over a day old...

Dunkin coupon did not scan associate did not let me know then went to fix it he refused to make things right and told me he could refund me them recharge me for it and started to get a little loud as well as rude and refused to take the coupon in dunkin

Horrible place to go on Monday nights. Completely over run with teenagers.Wanted to sit with my son. But I couldn’t there was about 20 kids in there.
Plenty of coffee shops to get your cup o' joe around, they have never messed up my order plus, can't beat the convenience of a donut, bagel or breakfast sandwich to go along with your drink.

Stay away from this place! Extremely careless and rude workers! I specifically asked not to add egg to the sandwich that I was buying for my kid who has extreme allergies to eggs! But they did anyway! Luckily we caught it on time before she could take the first bite! Went back to the shop but instead of an apology, I was told that I should not yell! I was also told that this is America therefore I should know how to talk! I wonder how they treat customers who are not brown skin like me!!!My daughter could have ended up in the ER! This was a serious mistake and not just any mistake! To make matters worse, the attitude of this young man was simply unacceptable!

This is our family's Dunkin. We are familiar faces to some of the AM staff and enjoy the overall cheerful nature of those working there. This place is busy, and I mean busy, at peak hours so pre-order on the app makes things much smoother. They are clean, quick with the orders, and work well together given how busy they can be at times.
