Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Went in to get frozen custard and the guy behind the counter was not friendly or helpful at all. Also, very limited flavours at this location.

Love the custard on a hot summer day and great customer service. Steven was very quick and attentive

I absolutely love Rita’s Ice Cream, but I truly detest this location. The owners are extremely rude and don’t understand what QUALITY customer service is. Please patron a Rita’s that actually cares and appreciates their customers.

Great frozen custard flavors to choose from. I like them all.

Service inconsistent. Not everyone taps the water ice down properly so you have pockets of air inside. They also don't update their ice flavors online. Only water ice in the area and it is a good cycle of flavors.

Will never return to this location. The worker with the dyed hair and headphones got angry because my 4 year old daughter wanted to change her order after they already scooped it and the employee ended up spitting on one of my italian ices.

I’m not sure I ever left a bad review like this before, but this is unacceptable.The employee with the greenish/bluish hair and the headphones was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful.disrespecting me when I asked about flavors, one of machines was giving him trouble which is fine, but he YELLED about it. Scolded me when I asked for my order to go. About how THIS ITEM DOESNT WORK TO GO.I was gonna just ignore it, maybe it was a bad day. Which I totally get. But then I decided to check this locations reviews. So many about him, just disturbing. I own a business myself and I would terminate him immediately. I hope it doesn’t have to come to a decline in sales for them to realize this.I definitely will not go back to this location. And I’m not sure you should either.

I was happily greeted by a worker (i think her name was gabriella?) and she presented me with the best rita's frozen custard i've had in a while.Definitely a must go everytime I visit Glen Rock!
