Excellent high quality sandwiches. On the pricier side BUT you can easily split one sandwich into two meals. The pork in the Babe sandwich was *chef's kiss*

The chicken Caesar wrap was amazing (I changed it to breaded chicken amazing!!), and the service was excellent. Everyone was super nice and welcoming.

I love Rock kitchen and I love to support small, local businesses. Yesterday I purchased a meat ball grinder for take out. When I got home, a 5 minute drive, I found that the bread was soggy and falling apart. The grinder had to be eaten with a knife and fork. It could not be hand held. I immediately called the restaurant and explained the situation and told them that the bread did not look like it had been toasted and was very soggy and mushy. They offered to do something for me the next time I went in. I said okay. Today, wen I went to eat the other half of the sandwich, I found it was even more soggy. I looked closely at the bread and I really feel they forgot to toast it. I called again, explained my concerns again and asked them to replace the grinder with a new one. The tastes of the sauce, cheese and meatballs were excellent! However the soggy , mushy bread ruined the taste. The man I spoke to seemed to feel that I was demanding, expected something for free and was clear that the sandwich would not be replaced. Needless to say I am disappointed in the response I received. Especially when I was accused of expecting something for free. I paid for a sandwich that did not meet my expectations. My complaint was reported quickly and with concern for the quality of a sandwich. I do not make a habit of complaining. I am a home economics professional with 40 years of food preparation experience. Drawing attention to a food purchase was done to let the restaurant know that some improvements are needed.

The chicken vodka parm sandwich was the best I’ve ever had, and I’m not exaggerating! The staff were super friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. This is a place I’m coming back to!!

By far the best sandwich place in Bergen County. The first sandwich I ordered here was the Goosie, and now I cannot eat sandwiches anywhere else. I have now tried about 3/4 of the menu and everything is just better than anything else around. You can taste the freshness and care in everything. There is literally not an item on the menu that doesn't deliver on flavor and satisfaction.

Not only is their in store food and atmosphere off the hook, but the catering is unbelievable. We had them cater for a service of about 100 for my brothers funeral, and all anyone could talk about was how good the food was, which meant a lot to us as we had people who traveled pretty far in a brutal snow storm to come to the service. My brother would have been very glad to know that everyone was taken care of. If you're in the area, this place is must try, but be prepared to be ruined for all other normal sandwiches for the rest of you life.

My favorite ice-cream flavor is the Pumpkin Pie (oh my gosh is it good), my loves the Mint Chip. True story.

A place I never get tired of eating at! Diverse selection of breakfast and lunch. Kind of reminds me of a casual Manhattan style lunch joint with a bit more refined decor. Recommend the entree salads, Paninnis, rice balls, salmon.

Great menu with lots of items to choose from but not overwhelmingly so. Love the prepared foods section as well - chicken cutlets, beets, various salads, all delicious. Need to try their homemade ice cream next!

Absolutely adore their cold salads and grains from the weigh-and-pay section - they're truly delicious! The freshness of the ingredients really shines through, making it a standout experience. Awesome!! While the ice creams are decent, they complement the overall offering nicely. The seating section is also a plus, providing a comfortable space to enjoy your meal. Overall, it's a great spot for a healthy and satisfying bite.

A delicious hidden gem that I stumbled upon after my appointment. The staff here are so welcoming and friendly! They are known for their sandwiches and salads. I got a chicken Ceasar salad wrap and it is by far hands down the best Caesar wrap I have ever had! The milkshake was good too for a nice sweet treat!

If you’re in the area you definitely have to stop on by!

I ordered a Menna sandwich for delivery and it was quite large! It looked more like a burrito than a sandwich lol Beyond the generous portion, the flavors were perfection. I’ve had a similar sandwich at other restaurants but this one is my favorite by far. The ciabatta was still toasty crisp when I received it and the sandwich was warm. The broccoli rabe had a nice strong garlic flavor and the balsamic was the perfect balance to everything. 11/10 will be ordering from here again!
