Zero. I go to the bank and post office next to this Starbucks for over 5+ years and never went into this location. I decided to check out the atmosphere and do a social experiment to see if it was a welcoming environment to work remotely occasionally and have a nice chai tea latte. I was suppose to met a friend who cancelled so I pulled out my laptop to work an bit and had my own Bottle water. The place was empty. Once my friend canceled I was ready to pack up when the barista came up to me and ask was I going to purchase something and that the tables were for paying customers. I would have ordered something but didn’t like or appreciate him approaching me in an unfriendly way. Being a POC in Surbarbia towns can be challenging. I go to bordering town and have no issues. They want see me in there again, their selection and menu was slim pickings.

Came today with my daughter and had an extra pleasant experience thanks to barista Dream. She was the only one behind the counter at the time. She efficiently and quickly took care of two mobile orders, my order as well as another customer's order. After I left, I noticed that through all that rush of orders, she found time to write 'enjoy' on my cup. Dream's small act was so pleasant and surprising as it's not something I'd expect from a chain coffee shop. She really made our experience at this location special.

Very friendly baristas

This is a very unique spot for a Starbucks. I love this place so much. All the baristas are super friendly towards me. Ever since I started coming to this Starbucks, I’ve had much better days. I’m always greeted with a smile. I’m also greeted in a friendly manner. It just brightens up my day.

This is the worst Starbucks location in the world. Worst staff, rude, slow they make up their own rules and regulations. If I was Starbucks, I’d get rid of that whole stuff and replace them with people that actually have common sense and the knowledge to be a barista. They are also racist.

Its a great store most baristas are nice, sometimes I feel like there could be more drinks but im also pretty picky so yeah, its super cute inside and has a great vibe. I wish there were more tables inside since outside its hot. But overall its a great place and you should consider going there.

Restaurantji Recommends
Unable to make a vanilla latte correctly. Simply make a latte and add vanilla syrup. They missed the second step. Its a very hard recipe for the employees at this location. Highly recommend driving an extra 2 mins to Ridgewood.

Took 15 minutes to get my coffee at 9:30 am. Not a busy time at all. Almost missed my train waiting for it. I had to ask several times and the baristas were not very friendly.
