Havent had the food but the atmosphere and the service was great I will be going back in the spring when it gets warmer to try their outside seating area in the back. Both know what a pear and the old fashioned drinks were both excellent

TVs and upstairs make it a chill spot but the kitchen just can’t seem to get it together. I used to frequent more often but as of recently, there’s been a huge decline in the quality of food. Fries taste like from yesterday, everything is beyond greasy and my burger and steak either comes out raw or cardboard. I would return for a beer but until they make drastic changes to the kitchen, I’ll eat dinner elsewhere. Food prices scream upscale but execution screams cheap

I'm very confused with this bar. I went years ago and thought it was great. The menu makes zero sense. A choice of fried pickles that fit the atmosphere and we're tasty and then high end choices like scallops that did not deliver. I don't want to spend 35 bucks on an entree while I'm playing trivia. Wine pours are skimpy. Don't know if I will return.

I've been coming here for a while now. I miss their Mac & Cheese balls & hoping they bring that back one day.... Other than that the food's good & they have a great selection of craft beers on rotation. I finally tried the wings 👍🏽👍🏽, the mango habanero sauce is delicious, I also had the hot buffalo. 😋

Stone and Rail has become a second home to me and my friends. From date nights to Sunday Football watch parties, it's the ultimate experience no matter the event. Me and my friends from the Northern New Jersey Buffalo Bills Backers are extremely grateful we landed here to watch our weekly games. They have gone out of their way to make every weekend more enjoyable than the last with accommodating the volume of guest we have visiting in, allowing us to play our music and SHOUT song, curating a Special Bills menu and joining us in on the celebration. Their cocktails are creative and their food is delicious, my favorite being the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, fried pickles and espresso martinis. Their outdoor seating with a beautiful fire pit and TV's to watch outside is the best addition. The owner, manager and staff are so kind and I love how much they enjoy the games as much as we do. I highly recommend this spot not just for the sports aspect, but for a night out with your friends or loved ones. Extremely family/kid friendly and spacious. Thank you Stone and Rail for everything you've done for our community of the NJ Bills Backers. You all are amazing!

Great wings, good selection of beers on tap, and the prices are reasonable. We also had the crab spinach artichoke dip and even the kids chicken tenders were tasty. The fries are more similar to homemade house chips which I personally believe to be a good thing. Great ambiance, you can tell it’s mostly local regulars and has that tight knit feel, a family atmosphere. Perfect for watching football while avoiding the overcrowding typical of large chain sports bars. Go Bills! 💙🦬❤️
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space away from the bar area for children to move around and there is a children’s menu.

I know there are a lot of odd reviews of Stone & Rail... Honestly, I don't quite understand it. Due to reviews, we were wary and cautiously went one time for lunch while parents were babysitting the kid - and were pleasantly surprised! Then we came again - good again. A third time, and a fourth time. Always a good experience. Finally after multiple tries and some hesitation (and looking for a reason not to), I felt like I needed to leave a review.
I can say confidently: we like Stone & Rail! I've enjoyed everything I've ordered & importantly my wife has loved her food - and our friends have had a great time as well.
Wings are always good, hot honey chicken sandwich, steak sandwich, specials typically good (smokehouse burger, elk meatloaf), chicken tenders, fish & chips, burgers. All good! Drinks great as well. All around good experience.
Not least of all we have found the service to be excellent (thank you).
Thank you & we will of course be back. :)
Vegetarian options: Salads on menu. Vegetarian appetizers. Not sure about large plates though.
Parking: Big parking lot by the CVS. I would be extremely! surprised if it was ever full.
Kid-friendliness: I would never take my kids to any restaurant however I've seen many families here with kids. Mine is just a special breed.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Very poor experience.
It was my first time dining here. We were immediately seated, but unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes to order, and another 40 to receive our meals. The waiter did not check on us once, and did not get our one order correct. They were MIA most of the time we were there, so it took awhile to be fixed.
The food was mediocre. Filled with grease. Our one meal was 60-70% fat. $42 for a steak you’re not able to eat without chewing on fat. Photo attached is all fat. It was disappointing considering the past good reviews.
Waiter was rude upon hearing the meal was unsatisfactory. I was asked if I wanted to order something else, after my partner had already finished their food. Then, waiter left and we had to wait for our check another 15 minutes. We finally stood up and asked another waiter to help us.
Management was kind enough to comp the one meal, then proceeded to explain why their food was greasy. Baffling.
Will not be returning. Take your money elsewhere.
