Part of me doesn't want to write this review because I really want to gatekeep this place for myself so it doesn't get TOO crowded ? But at the same time, Elyssia deserves ALL of the business! I'm absolutely OBSESSED with Tasty Junction!! I first came here after hearing about their amazing souffle pancakes, and I immediately fell in love with this cute eatery. They have an expansive menu of small appetizers, dumplings, mains, desserts, and coffees, and there is truly nothing on their menu that disappoints. The staff is incredibly friendly and I love the setup that they have as well. This is a place that I definitely recommend and will always be one of my favorites....
My wife had a craving for Japanese Style Pancakes. Most places were in NYC but found Tasty Junction in Glen Rock, Bergen County, NJ. We had the weekend special (the pancake came with a drink). I had the Matcha everything pancakes and wife had the breakfast platter. Both were amazing and mom was so welcoming. Apparently, Elyssia is a nutritionist and uses low sugar and good ingredients. It was delish and a very nice family. Going to try other Korean/Chinese fusion dishes next time....
