Went in to meet up with friends for coffee. Had my medical response service dog and I sat down while my boyfriend ordered at the kiosk. After a few minutes, instead of asking me the 2 questions they could ask, one worker yelled to me that I couldn’t have the dog in the store and pointed to the door. I told her he was a service dog (while he laid beside me calmly) and she glared and acted like she wanted to say more. PLEASE educate your entire staff on the proper way to interact with handlers. It’s extremely stressful and disrespectful to be shouted anr from across the store…be courteous and know the laws.

I don’t always go to Dunkin, but when I do I decide to go to this one. I don’t know why, because I know it’s going to be terrible. Every time I order my drink it always comes out wrong here. The deptford one is way better, but I always choose convenience over quality.

The manager is super friendly, she was all ears when I was telling her about my day and she was willing to redo my coffee after a misunderstanding. The best manager I've seen at glendora KEEP IT UP!?
Kid-friendliness: my kid loves attention but he was having a bad day but when I took him to glendora and he's additude changed he loves the decorations and he loves sitting in the lobby sittng the donuts
