Hash browns tasted freezer burnt .. and weren’t cooked enough

I went in tonight to get a donut, 10 munchkins and a medium hot chocolate. The total was 8 and some change no problem. I paid on the screen and it said to pick up receipt at pickup area. The woman who was working then says there are no munchkins on the order. I asked if just hot chocolate and a doughnut would equal eight dollars and she said no. When I showed her the charge of eight dollars on my phone, she said that that doesn’t matter because it was pending. She then noticed she was out of receipt paper and went to get a new roll. When she put a new roll in, I saw the correct receipt print out and said total items three. She quickly crumbled it up, threw it in the trash and said sorry no receipt no munchkins but I’ll give them to you anyway. Even though I saw that it said munchkins on the receipt before she crumbled it up. I don’t appreciate being gaslit. Very bad customer service.

The evening young guy is so nice but I don't know why he always by himself and it takes forever. Also their hash browns always tastes weird.

I have been going to this Dunkin two years. There has been repeated small mistakes. For example when they gave me a Sabrina day time refresher after I drank it there was plastic at the bottom of the cup! Next time I ordered a large and they gave me a medium. Today I ordered a plain egg and cheese bagel and they gave me cream cheese. The drinks are not reliable they tasted way too milky.

I placed my order on line and when I pulled up the female working handed my coffee without the lid on secured and I got hot coffee in my lap and all over my vehicle controls, I told her I need napkins and they took sweet time handing the napkins. The female working there is rude and very unpleasant. Done with that DD!

Sticky counters and weird smell. My bagel and cream cheese had mold on it. I should’ve known better than to go in when I saw the upside down American flag.
This Dunkin Donuts is flying an American flag, upside down. Not only will I never go to THIS Dunkin Donuts, I’ll never step foot in ANY Dunkin Donuts. Absolute disgusting.

Terrible customer service. I waited to give my order for 7 mins and no body answered, I then pulled up to the window and the employee working at the window had such a nasty attitude. When I told her nobody answered me she said “I was taking an order” but I don’t know whose order she was taking given there was no car in front of me. After getting such bad service, I was then handed my order. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee with extra caramel and my coffee was pitch black with no flavor whatsoever. I will never be going here ever again.
