Read and believe all the negative reviews. Terrible customer service and rarely get your order correct...this has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in South Jersey! Do yourself a favor, ride by this place and find another Dunkin' Donuts to support šÆ

I normally order $6 meal and get egg and cheese sandwich. I have been getting it forever with no issues. Yesterday, I ordered the same thing. When I reached to the pick-up window, the lady tells me that it will be full price. The $6 meal comes with egg cheese and bacon and because I ordered just egg and cheese, it will be full price. Also, she was handing me a small coffee, not the medium which comes with $6 meal. A complete rip-off. I tried to call them today. My call went into voice mail and their voice mail is full.

Theyāre racist, donāt come here. Iāve been here several times and the staff purposely donāt serve or are rude but when someone of lighter complexion walk in, they serve them quickly. I normally donāt fun Dunkinā Donuts but I was waiting for the bus.

This morning Munchkins were ordered on the app for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow for her classmates AT THIS STORE. My son was told we don't have munchkins. He wouldn't even reimburse my son and said do it on the app and YOU CAN'T! WE WILL NEVER GO TO A DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN! I HOPE YOU STORE GETS CLOSED SOON! Would give a 0 for this location. They never have anything!

Sorry, there is 1 more review. They also lied to me about not having the meal deal when it was clearly shown on the menu. So I got overcharged for their garbage coffee and food. It was one of the women who run the morning shift.

I needed 15 gift cards and went to the drive through. She asked me in the politest manner to come inside so nothing got mixed up. I agreed and she was efficient and polite. This was a great experience as the spot I was at before this was so unpleasant. I will be getting all my dunkin needs from this spot.

They have habit of giving the wrong item. I asked tea latte n got black coffee. And prices almost 5 for medium tea it's ridiculous.

I normally come here because itās the closest one to my home. The last 2 times Iāve ordered I had my donuts practically thrown at me and ignored till they realize Iām still waiting. This last time it was at least 5 minutes of me sitting in the drive through for my coffees that were both done when I got my donuts. I will not ever come back. I get if youāre waiting for a new pot of coffee to be done but you donāt just ignore people. Customer service is atrocious here. It takes a lot for me to be annoyed by it especially since I work in retail myself. Do better. Iām not pulling out of the drive thru till I get everything I paid for
Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts. You will regret it and feel like youāve wasted your time and money. When you walk into this establishment.. they will serve you everything on the menu sloppy and with no respect to customer service. If you care about your money and taste buds, go somewhere else that at least āactsā like they care about it too.

They don't make drinks according to the pictures. I ordered a Smore's cold brew and it's supposed to come with a vanilla marshmallowy cold foam and the smores bits on top. The drink came out, nothing. We asked for it and then they said we didn't ask for cold foam and charged me for it. How can you have specialty drinks and not know how to create them?

Not the cashiers fault but she kept saying my card had a zero balance and I called the number and I had 2.50 left but they said zero.called again in the store to show them but card was not working.i will not purchase dunking cards again.especialy if u gave it as a gift and it didn't work.
