Pure incompetence. I paid for a large hot chocolate and less than 2/3 of the cup was full this isn't the first time either. Employees are rude and barely speak english. Hire better people especially since your customers are PAYING for a service!

First off my sandwich was cold my cheese wasn't even melted the lady who was giving me my food was waving the bag in the air when I didn't get my food after she said my order two seconds before hand because I was sitting a lil far and I couldn't even understand what the lady was saying and she did this for all of the costumers there that is disrespectful

I just placed an order this morning. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich. When I got home and opened my meal there was only cheese and bacon. They did not give me an egg. It wasn’t busy so there shouldn’t have been a reason my order was made wrong. This is not a great experience.

Read and believe all the negative reviews. Terrible customer service and rarely get your order correct...this has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts in South Jersey! Do yourself a favor, ride by this place and find another Dunkin' Donuts to support 💯

I normally order $6 meal and get egg and cheese sandwich. I have been getting it forever with no issues. Yesterday, I ordered the same thing. When I reached to the pick-up window, the lady tells me that it will be full price. The $6 meal comes with egg cheese and bacon and because I ordered just egg and cheese, it will be full price. Also, she was handing me a small coffee, not the medium which comes with $6 meal. A complete rip-off. I tried to call them today. My call went into voice mail and their voice mail is full.

They’re racist, don’t come here. I’ve been here several times and the staff purposely don’t serve or are rude but when someone of lighter complexion walk in, they serve them quickly. I normally don’t fun Dunkin’ Donuts but I was waiting for the bus.

This morning Munchkins were ordered on the app for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow for her classmates AT THIS STORE. My son was told we don't have munchkins. He wouldn't even reimburse my son and said do it on the app and YOU CAN'T! WE WILL NEVER GO TO A DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN! I HOPE YOU STORE GETS CLOSED SOON! Would give a 0 for this location. They never have anything!

I needed 15 gift cards and went to the drive through. She asked me in the politest manner to come inside so nothing got mixed up. I agreed and she was efficient and polite. This was a great experience as the spot I was at before this was so unpleasant. I will be getting all my dunkin needs from this spot.
