I’ve been on a kick with shaken espresso from the Dunkin in Williamstown by my work. But the last 3 times I have gotten it from this Dunkin in Blackwood near the Outlets.
Absolutely horrible customer service by the woman at the drive through. Miserable. First day I ordered my drink and my wife a mocha latte. They hand me a regular late out the window and when I said I ordered a Mocha latte.. no apology just took it back and I didn’t even remake it just added mocha got it all over the side of the cup.
I didn’t even realize til I got home and handed it to my wife.
Second time same order, hands me the latte with no whipped cream. When I said I ordered whipped cream, again, no “sorry about that” just gave me a look and added whipped cream.
Today was the third strike. Same ignorant immigrant at the window, no whipped cream. Shes got a mask on and coughing all over the place. Adds the whipped cream after I said it and then hands me the latte dripping all over the place. Not one napkin or apology for the drink dripping all over my truck door. Had to ask for napkins which she hands me 2.
Get the order home, the munchkins I got for my kids where not fresh I had to toss them in the trash. The glaze was completely melted into the munchkin and biting into them you could tell they were next day munckins that they pre packaged in their clear cups.
This location used to be good when they first opened. Not sure if theres a new manager/owner or what but they aren’t friendly and they mess the orders up and apparently show up to work handling food while sick.
Today was the third strike. I wont go back.

This morning I placed my order in store. I asked for medium pistachio latte hash browns and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a TOASTED EVERYTHING BAGEL. I was given a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a soggy ass English muffin. GROSS!! What topped it off is the woman who handed me the bag was the same woman who was making sandwiches and she even called out turkey sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. She knew she messed up and handed it to me anyway instead of ensuring the product I PAID FOR was CORRECT. Won't be back

Worst experience ever and worst Dunkin i've been to. The service there its miserable seems the workers don't want to be there no please no thank you no sorry they look at you like you're the problem ordered grilled sandwiches cheese not melted bread cold went back for them to fix and the guy looked at me like I was bothering him to remake my sandwiches and the remaids were worst then the first ones ordered also a iced coffee I said light ice and no ice at all end up throwing them away and go to a different Dunkin. Management need to reconsider there employees. And there customer service.

I went there today, my total was $5.52. I gave the cashier $5.60. When I didn’t receive my change back, the man lied to me, saying I only gave him $5.50. If that were true, wouldn’t he ask me for an additional $.02? If he really needs $.08 that badly, you can keep it, you obviously need it more than I do.

HORRIBLE service. The lady who works there is very rude. Me and my mother ordered two sweet teas with liquid sugar, and it wasn’t even sweet. They just gave us the iced tea without sugar, it’s very bland. They always make mistakes whenever they serve you, I am done with ordering from here. Please do not come here if you are expecting good service.

The management is very cheap The manager is very cheap I was employee here with part time job 1 day or sometimes 2 days He stopped putting me in schedule suddenly with no reason and gave my hours to his cousin who were already having more then 50 hours per week

Horrible customer service. Would never go back again. Asked for the $6 breakfast deal, but didn't want the coffee, and to add a MED sweat tea on the side. Pulled up to the window and he couldn't accept my order, because I didn't want the coffee and wanted to charge me each item individually. I said I'll take the coffee, and he said NO, because I already said I didn't want the coffee. This is real life. I told him to keep everything.

This place is terrible!!!! They are very rude and always have an attitude! They never have anything for DD promotions and they also never have anything available but regular hot coffee. No frozen coffee, no ice coffee and no decaf coffee. They never listen to how you want your coffee made, they just throw what ever in it and hand it off with the Expectation of getting paid for it. SMH
