Disappointed today with hunan. I was told 20 mins for my food I got there in 15 I live 1 min away literally .. no way my food should be cold . Rice looks undercooked & my wings were not hot . Nothing was tbh ! Chicken wings were not well done like I asked .. disappointed in them today honestly ! Spent 22$ for what ?don’t know if I’ll go back and they know who I am I’m a regular I’m highly upset !

First time ever ordering from here, I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived within 15 minutes, walked up to the window and stated i placed an online order for Jessica, the lady repeated Jessica and handed me a bag. I checked it when I got into my car and it was not what I ordered. I then brought it back in and received the correct order which was General Tso's Chicken & Shrimp (Combo Plate) & a Chicken & Shrimp w. Garlic Sauce (Combo Plate). The General Tso’s shrimp was way over cooked to the point there was no shrimp left to be consumable as seen in pictures provided. Rice was flavorless and had too many sprouts for my liking. Will not be a returning customer.
