Who puts bacon in Baked Ziti and doesn't list it as being in the meal in the menu?? It's kinda hard to mess up Baked Ziti but putting bacon in it, yes ruined it. Especially when I don't like or eat bacon. Total waste of money. I won't be back.

Nothing here is good ! If you know good food. The pizza was burnt the wings were over fried and salty and the cheese steak along with chicken cheesesteak was dry.

I just ordered from this place and the girl at the counter was extremely rude because I asked why would she go from the cash register and then cut my Stromboli without washing her hands or wearing gloves… she snapped at me and got smart I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager…this was a very upsetting experience…and this place will never be a place I spend my money again…no one wears gloves and then they get an attitude when confronted on the nasty behavior…and she claims she is the manager…disgusting…I’m definitely making some phone calls about this…people should exercise a level of professionalism when at work because you never know will come in as a customer…sadly the manager of Jacqueline’s should have chose her words more carefully because she may have bit off more than she can chew with this disgusting interaction

Like your food but more times than not what I order is not what I get....
Ordered chichen salad hoagie but got a chicken cheesesteak (walked in)
Ordered ham n cheese hoagie Lil mayo no oil or onions but got mayo, oil and onions (delivery)
Someone there can't take orders right.
I hope this doesn't contuine to happen.
Hopefully next review will be a good one

Best pizza around , hands down !!! Very Family friendly, my son’s favorite place to go and sit down to eat. Al is phenomenal and his customer service team is outstanding ! If you’re in the area you HAVE to stop by .. even if that’s all you get is a plain slice ! I order from here multiple times a week and the food is always consistent and on point every single time ! 10/10 !!!

I ordered a panzarotti and they gave me one that had exploded in the deep fryer and all the cheese had leaked out everywhere. I was so mad that they thought they could just still serve me food that was at this quality.

I ordered $40 worth of food from this place and they delivered it to my neighbors. My neighbors told the driver they didn’t order food and he told them that he couldn’t take the food back and told them to just keep it and they will replace my order. Nobody even called me. After an hour of waiting I called them and they told me there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service.
