This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever came to. I had to go back into this establishment three times for one order.. Not only wasn’t this staff apologetic. They actually went to the back and laugh because there were onions plastered outside of a sandwich that I ordered.. My son’s vanilla milkshake was blue. They thought that was funny. And it’s just horrible that the entire step is filled with a bunch of kids who have no home training, let alone enough training to work in a restaurant. The burgers were extremely greasy and after going back inside to get sandwiches made correctly they wouldn’t even give fresh fries. The manager that is on the noon shift looks in act like she did not go any higher than sixth grade in school. I am so disgusted with this bag of slop

I have 4 other McDonald’s closer to me but I go out of my way to go to this one. Staff is always super nice and the food is hot and fresh and looks like the advertisements. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I usually go around lunch time so maybe that is why (different crew maybe).

Honestly, this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been. Waiting is so long when at night when they aren't busy at all. Food is always cold. Today I ordered 2 meals and small coffee. Waited 30 minutes order to go. Coffee was not mixed and there were pieces of not sure what I just threw it away. Fries and cheeseburgers were cold. I understand it's fast food and food should come quick and hot. The stuff talked all the time didn't see anyone tried hard to do their job. And top of cherry on cake was my stomach got sick after this meal. I don’t recommend this place !

Tastes like they are reheating the sandwich up when you order. Yet the cheese be cold as hell. Edges of the burger bun has a stale taste to it. You’ll waste your money every time here

I was there yesterday. Needless to say that I never bought anything because I wanted to order from the counter because I had a code . I asked the girl at the register for help and was told that it was down and to order at the kiosk. I tried it myself and couldn't put a code in from my phone and asked her again for help. That was when she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a half smile. As if to say sorry about your luck. So I said that I would go to the drive thru. When I went to my car, I decided to go to Burger King down the street. So if you need help with your order, don't go there! I'm 71 years old and I know everyone gets their good and bad days. But maybe today she will be in a better mood!
