The drive thru batista was about to be cursed out. Some people act like the company came to their house and made them come work for them. If you don't like your job quit......
So honestly the three that was there was great but that one boy/girl that wears the hat is rude and is definitely gonna ruin the face of the store. I understand we all have bad days but when you are wrong you are wrong and he definitely catches attitude when he messes up. Grow up!! And he still got it wrong with my kids hot chocolate. Ordered 4 drinks left with 6.

The place was as lively as a ghost town. I placed my order mobile the order, all they had to do was follow the directions. To be honest, I suspect they’re on a mission to break records for the lowest ratings, hoping people will stop coming because they’re tired of their job. They should quit and find a better job.

I preordered via mobile app and when I got there, the place was like a ghost town. The two drinks were made incorrectly even though on the stickers they were correct. I just don’t understand why there is no pride in people’s work. They have one job get the order and fulfill the order! I had tipped $5 at first, but then I changed it to $1, and that was extremely generous!

I got a grande but was given a small?!Another women ahead had similar concern. I didn’t bring it up to the management which I feel I should have ( too crowded and extra slow service)

I came in with my little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel on a day where it was over 90 degrees out. The manager told me that I could not have my dog in the store while ordering. I ordered a pup cup and grande cappuccino with Soy milk. I waited outside for the order to be finished. I went back inside without my dog and my cappuccino had regular milk (I am lactase intolerant)I explained then went back out to wait for my new cappuccino with soy milk. I went back in and was waiting. I asked where my new drink was and she told me "I thought you had left so I didn't remake your drink." They were the ones who told me to wait outside. Why would I leave without getting my $6 cappuccino. The manager had an attitude.
