Emily at the To-Go counter made you feel welcomed and gave off an at home vibe as soon as you walked in the door or stepped up to the pick up window. You could tell right away that she is top talent in the service industry by the way she handled everything with grace. Her attention to detail should not go unnoticed, I would highly recommend her as I am sure she is just as pleasant to have as a server or even as a team lead one day! The reason I say this is I was waiting for my pick up order for over half an hour and did not even realize until after I left because I was so amazed at how well Emily carried herself. She left such an impact on my experience that it made me call my sister whose name is also Emily just to talk to her and tell her that I was thinking of her and miss her being home. I must also add that cleaning up the peanuts by offering them in a bag for to go customers, it has been much better for those with dietary restrictions and or allergies making the overall environment more welcoming for those who would have had to avoid the establishment all together. Thank you Emily for being you and keep talking to people you never know who you might meet!

I'm sorry but I was disappointed this time. The cactus blossom was so greasy. I think they need to drain them more before they put them on the plate. The onion just laid in it and got soggy. I ordered the 14 ounce prime rib, medium rare. It was cooked correctly but was flavorless and believe it or not, for medium rare, it was dry. I will have to order something different if I want to go there again.

Texas Roadhouse doesn't miss! Facts 💯
Always consistent with the taste of their steaks.
Also big shout out to Servers, Allie (who has waited on me a few times by the bar) and John G. They are both always attentive and have a smile on their face.

Stopped here on a weekday evening for a treat after shopping at Burlington Coat 🧥 Factory... I was in good spirits, went in with a friend who gave a name and phone number and was told we can't wait in the area although in the past we could. Either go back to the car or wait in the cold for the text to let you know you may come INSIDE the restaurant to wait some more... I was enjoying conversation so it didn't matter and TRH is worth the wait... We were later sat and had STEVE as a waiter... We ordered, enjoyed some chili, and had our meals come out, big massive servings that I had to get a to go box... Enjoy the blue lemonade 🍋, the only complaint my friend and I had was after he finished paying, there was a delay in getting a to go bag for us. We had to ask more than once. Overall I enjoyed my meal and those other annoyances won't deter me from visiting or maybe will hit the Marlton location once it opens.

Went here for a friends birthday. Overall it was a good experience. Extremely crowded on the weekend. I had the filet medallions and asked for medium but unfortunately it was on the rare side, not inedible but not medium. Definitely don’t recommend the green beans as a side.. they were swimming in a bowl of grease and were really salty. Rolls were delish. Drinks are cheap and not bad. & The service was great.

I would have given this restaurant a better review but the hostess Doralisa was absolutely nasty & had zero customer service skills. Im actually quite confused as to why Texas Roadhouse would have someone like Doralisa at the front desk of their restaurant. Our wait time for a table was a half hour longer than what we were told and when asked about this, Doralisa was snarky about it and made us feel as if it was our fault. She then took it out on us and seated other groups before us. She was definetly on some weird power trip and must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Thank goodness we at least had a great waitress.

Stopped in unplanned and got right in just before the dinner rush. Our server Allie was amazing. Our food came out promptly and cooked the way we asked. Really enjoyed this stop!

I wanted to make sure I left a positive review after our visit on Saturday, 1/3/26. Joining the waitlist is a must at this popular spot. I haven't been in awhile, but it was just as great as before. Our server was a nice young man (forget his name) but so polite and attentive. The wait was quick with the wait list and the food was amazing! I really wanted salmon and almost caved and got the steak (being texas roadhouse and all) but I got the salmon and it didn't disappoint. It was the best salmon I ever had! I highly recommend it. I can't wait to go back again. We went with my two young kids, 5 and 9 and they loved it as well.

Visited Texas Roadhouse recently and overall had a great experience. The food was delicious, everything came out hot, flavorful, and just as we ordered. The service was friendly and attentive, and our server checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed.
The only downside was the wait time. We ended up waiting about an hour before being seated, which was a bit longer than expected. However, once we were finally seated, the good food and great service helped make up for it.
Overall, I’d still recommend Texas Roadhouse — just be prepared for a wait during busy times!
