Food was delicious and service was outstanding. Only down side was their booth seating isn't fat person friendly. Lol. It was a bit of a squeeze. Overall tho, great experience and most likely go back again.
8-31-25 Update: My family ordered food online for Togo. Their notification system worked fine and they had all our orders correct. For take home meal, it was all good.
Only downfall i could see with this system is if it's raining, there is no cover for the customers picking up their order.

Our steak is always cooked just the way we want it perfect. The service is busy but they are fast. I am very picky since I have been in the food business 45 years They are good at what they do and the homemade rolls will keep you coming back for more 😋

I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the food and service were just okay, I was extremely concerned about the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the restaurant. The plates were dirty and looked far from presentable—everything appeared sloppy and rushed. It was off-putting and made me question the level of care being taken in the kitchen. After my meal, I began experiencing severe stomach pain shortly after arriving home. It felt like food poisoning, and I strongly suspect that the food was contaminated. This is not something to take lightly, and it reflects a serious lapse in food safety practices. Texas Roadhouse needs to take much better care in ensuring their silverware, plates, and kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Proper hygiene is non-negotiable in any dining establishment. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously to prevent others from going through something similar.
Ordered steak medallions medium rare since they usually overcook them. Two came out medium well one was very rare. Service was very slow.

Worst meal I have had in years. Every steak was cold. Sides thst were ordered were on the wrong plates for the wrong people. Server never came back for drink refills. Over all terrible. Been there a few times over the years. Never going back!!

Great food and great service when I eat in the restaurant. However take out is somewhat lacking due to the incompleteness of my order nearly every time I order takeout. I still highly recommend this place for a great steak at a reasonable price. And great service inside the restaurant. Whoever is in charge of checking the takeout orders needs to be checked themselves

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant ever! The food is always so fresh and delicious, the ribs are fall-off-the bone! service is always so kind and friendly, and the atmosphere is always fun but ALWAYS go on their waitlist if you don’t then be prepared to wait hours! always beyond crowded. EDITED: Also just went here Friday night and Aiden our server was extremely nice and very friendly.
