The day of the wedding, the team was a well oiled machine and got right to work. The staff was so nice and friendly throughout the day and we loved that they brought us our own plate of apps after the ceremony so that my husband and I could have a quiet moment together and actually eat! From the moment I booked KCK, I was absolutely impressed!!!! Alice, our event coordinator was there for us since day one! She was responsive, go-getting, so helpful, caring, and professional!!! Nothing went unplanned. Any worries I had, she assured me that she would make sure my wedding day was perfect! (Which it was!) We also had our food catered from KCK. Our tasting was intimate and the food was delicious! The buffet food was perfect. We had some barbecue brisket and the tangerine and fennel chicken as our main dishes, and I didn't hear any complaints from any of our guests. The team was very organized and efficient during serving hours. They were kind and professional, when I spoke with them. they never seem to miss a beat and even gave us a complimentary brunch for the day after. I am so glad I had them for my wedding day.

Our wedding was held outside under a tent, and it began to downpour right as our reception begun. Despite the inclement weather, KCK adapted flawlessly and served throughout the entire night with smiles on their faces. Several guests commented on the positive attitude from Alice and the rest of the staff throughout the event.During cocktail hour there was an issue with the oven (outside of their control). KCK was able to address and remedy the situation and keep dinner on schedule – a remarkable feat considering the circumstances.We also received tons of compliments on the food – we particularly loved the filet mignon and grilled peach & arugula salad! The chicken & waffle appetizer and buffalo chicken meatballs were also cocktail hour highlights.Our only regret was not hiring Cassandra as our coordinator from the onset. Our experience couldn't have been better, and we were so thankful to have KCK play such a big part of our day. Thank you to Cassandra, Alice, and the rest of the staff!

KCK was hired for my daughter's wedding-for food and bartending services. I gave them 3 stars because we did not have any problems with the food, it was very good.KCK dropped the ball regarding the bar. The"unlimited mixer package" we purchased was limited. They ran out of the mixer used for the signature drink(also used for other drinks) early in the evening. There was supposed to be pitchers of water at the bar for guests, but it was not supplied.KCK outsourced the bartending services to For the Love of Drinks and their services were substandard/lack of professionalism. Also KCK had them close the bar at 9:30 when the reception was not over until 10:00.The lack of communication with each other was noticed by our guests and brought to the attention of the bride and groom.This was all very upsetting and disappointing.

The best part of KCK is you get to take home the left over food, so we could enjoy our wedding meal (and desserts!!) for days after the wedding and really enjoy it without the craziness of wedding day distractions.Planning/coordination came with our wedding venue, so we didn’t need their planning package, but after working with Cassandra I wish we would’ve hired her for it anyway!
