Alice was in communication with us from the beginning, she was flexible in our choices and made adjustments as needed. The food was so incredible, they made plates for us for cocktail hour & the reception to make sure we got all of the food to taste. They packed up stuff at the end of the night and we were able to take a few trays home with us as left over! Everything was perfect, the dessert table was incredible the bite-size snacks are perfect for guests as they want to snack and go on the dance floor! We had some barbecue brisket and the tangerine and fennel chicken as our main dishes, and I didn't hear any complaints from any of our guests.
