Very bad customer service. I would not go ever again to this place.I was there around 1:10 pm at the drive thru. I wanted to make two separate orders.The lady taking the orders said that to make two separate orders I had to go around again to make the second order or go inside to make two separate orders.I think it is wrong because that is why we go to fast food restaurant. We have no time to wait that long. Do not forget, “fast food restaurant”. So I left and came to Wendy’s. I less than 3 minutes I was on my way back on the road with the burgers.

Continually add ingredients that I ask not to put on sandwich the receipts even concur the ingredients that I didn't want but obviously whomever is cooking isn't following or looking at order happened on 3 separate orders within 2 week period. 3 strikes your out winter go back. To many other fast foods that are better staffed and give you what you order.

Do not use the app. I ordered over $100 in food and none of it was correct. You reach out to resolve this issue and they offer $10 when that is 10% of what i paid. None of the whoppers had cheese, paid for bacon on 3 no bacon, paid for raw onion and other toppings like lettuce and tomatoes and yup not there. Missing 4 half fries/onion rings, missing 2 orders of onion rings. The crispy onion whopper no onion crispy onions or onion rings and barely even had any bbq and missing cheese. So im sorry the $10 is not acceptable when everything i ordered was wrong. Never again. Very unhappy.
