Drive up orders are never fulfilled correctly. They don't pay attention and don't care.

Do not use the app. I ordered over $100 in food and none of it was correct. You reach out to resolve this issue and they offer $10 when that is 10% of what i paid. None of the whoppers had cheese, paid for bacon on 3 no bacon, paid for raw onion and other toppings like lettuce and tomatoes and yup not there. Missing 4 half fries/onion rings, missing 2 orders of onion rings. The crispy onion whopper no onion crispy onions or onion rings and barely even had any bbq and missing cheese. So im sorry the $10 is not acceptable when everything i ordered was wrong. Never again. Very unhappy.

A newly rebuilt Burger King who’s location use to be #1, but now the manager and service has went down hill. On Sunday August 17, 2025 I was so happy to see that Burger King on rte22 in Greenbrook, NJ had reopened. I drove to the drive up and ordered 1jr whopper meal with a chocolate milk shake and a frozen coke (no pickle, no onions, no ketchup, and no mayonnaise) Having my way, cause it’s Burger King right?? NO
I received my sandwich with everything on it. Now the way the drive thru is built you have to exit and drive to make a u-turn to come back with the order you weren’t supposed to get. So, I went inside and told them about my incorrect burger, the manager states it’s going to take some time, so I replied that’s fine I’m off today, so I don’t mind waiting.
While waiting I explained to the manager that my 2 drinks, the chocolate shake and the frozen coke had melted, and could they please replace my drinks. The manager said, “NO”. She would have to throw those drinks out and replace, and who would pay for that lost.
Do you believe that?? The store manager, WOW.
Also, my fries were cold from the beginning, when they handed me out my original order. Manger needs retraining and staff seemed afraid of her as well. I took a photo, but no where to post.

Ordered an original chicken sandwich that had rotten tasting Mayo and the chicken tasted like fish. I don’t know you can mess up a BK staple this bad.

Drive thru, ordered two large (FRESH) onions rings.
Lady took my money no glove on, while waiting in Driveway, she's cleaning with glove on. Tell me why did she handle bag, onions rings with spoiled glove on she's spraying chemicals & cleaning with.
Disgusting service ever wasted money.

The service was not good. They used twice my rewards and told me it was not working at the beginning but it worked already. I found out they used twice when I checked my reward. That is unacceptable! They also don’t allow the same order when I can place on my app. I don’t know why.

Stopped by the drive through to get a couple burgers around noon on Saturday. The burgers were obviously left over from the night before, very dry and not hot. One of the buns was a little crusty. Probably don't get many complaints at corporate because they don't give you the receipt. Won't be going to this location ever again.
