The food was good... drinks were excellent! My husband and I had came after going bowling for Valentine's Day... it gives TGiF Fridays vibes.. but the food is way better
I have been to the East Hanover location numerous times. The Greenbrook location struggled. I ordered a drink at a bar and got ignored. Final got a drink. Finally seated and freezing near the front door. I got a drink that did not represent an old fashioned, our pizza showed up 30 minutes before our salads, almost like they forgot. The young waiter tried hard. I really want to like Capital Craft, they tried hard, but it was painful. I am hoping they pay attention to delivering better.
Capital Craft is a lively and happening location in Greenbrook. It was a Saturday night, so the restaurant was very busy and loud. We met with friends to catch up, but it was difficult to hear them. Our server Justin, was really great! He was attentive and thorough with taking our orders and they were delivered in a timely manner. Since Capital Craft is 45 minutes away, from my home, I am not likely to return. There were a lot of menu options and interesting drink choices, but nothing really "wowed" me. The food is typically priced but not memorable enough for me. The staff all did a good job. If I lived closer, I would probably frequent this restaurant again.
Great service, food and drink.. Will return

Plenty of parking with very nice patio. The chop chop salad here is my very favorite. They have so many different events during the week to look out for. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

We just had a surprise birthday for my sister, she about to go back to school. We called at 4pm asking for a table for 20 on a Friday night. Both of the managers working there are extremely talented and extremely kind! May this occasion fun and memorable vs a panic. Food is outstanding!

This place was a gem!!!!! Rob Cynthia Brielle Jess and the entire kitchen staff are amazing!!!! It was my son birthday and Jess got the entire restaurant to sing to him! My son had already received his dessert and a few servers had sang already. I guess she noticed how the birthday candle went out extremely fast and the singing wasn’t as loud. They made my son feel incredibly important! The hospitality is sky high here!

Capital Craft Isn’t What It Used to Be...
My family and I have been loyal fans of Capital Craft for years. It was our go-to spot for scratch-made meals—pork chops, creative entrées, and a menu that truly stood out. Whether for date nights, family dinners, or trivia with drinks, it never disappointed.
After months away, my wife and I returned excited for that same experience. Instead, we found a completely different place. The menu has been cut in half and now feels like a basic bar menu—wings, burgers, sandwiches—gone are the unique, made-from-scratch dishes that made this place special.
We tried the BOGO pizzas (specialty and margarita), and they were a letdown: bland dough, stiff cheese, and seasoning that tasted store-bought. The brisket pizza was even worse.
We later learned there’s new management, and sadly, the quality and atmosphere have changed with it.
The only bright spot? Drinks and happy hour are still good. But overall, it’s heartbreaking to see a once-great restaurant lose what made it special.

I recently had my baby shower at the Green Brook location on 1/3/26. We had such a great experience. We worked with Brielle who was very organized and quick to respond. We used their private room upstairs. It had its own private bar and bathroom. We received so many compliments on the place and food. We did a brunch. It was affordable and very comparable to anything else in the area. They even let us and guest bring leftovers home (I am not sure if that is standard, but we weren't expecting it). Would definitely book again.

Lex is the definition of an amazing bartender. Not only are her drinks always on point, but she truly cares about the people she serves. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell she loves what she does and it shows every single time.
