Great food, excellent service from Dennis Yusko in coordinating our catered party!

First off the cleanliness of this Restaurant. I felt like I was eating at home. Secondary our Server (Shannon) was polite and very attentive to our needs. My wife and I are big advocates on service when we dining out. This place checks all the boxes. Well done Management of this Restaurant. I will be definitely coming back!!!

Beginning with the warm and friendly greeting when you first arrive, dining at Carrabba’s in Green Brook is always a great experience. Whether it be lunch or dinner the food is delicious and tastes homemade. They’re always happy to accommodate any dietary changes. It’s my favorite Italian restaurant. Try it; you won’t be disappointed!

I am usually a fan of Carrabba’s in Green Brook, but today I’m a bit disappointed. I ordered the Shrimp & Scallop Linguini alla Vodka. Let me start by saying the customer service was fantastic. Service was prompt and friendly which has always been the case when I go to pick up my order. But the disappointment came when I got home, and started fixing plates for myself and my son and I noticed we only had scallops and no shrimp. After double checking the order, my receipt confirmed I did not make a mistake; not to mention, Carrabba’s was super stingy with the Cesar salad . Now don’t get me wrong, the food was absolutely, without a doubt delicious, but the lack of shrimp ruined the experience; the meal would have been much better with the shrimp as advertised and as anticipated. Somewhere there was a breakdown in service; did the cook forget to add the shrimp? or did the restaurant run out? Either way it’s a huge disappointment! Will I go back you ask?….
I’m sure I will, but hopefully this will not happen again, if it does then I’m done, you only get 2 chances to mess up my food. But overall I do love Carrabba ‘s.
Parking: Carrabba’s is located in a strip mall next to Value City furniture store. Every time I have gone there I can always find parking, even when they are busy parking is plentiful.

Since November last year, we have been regulars at Carrabbas, initially drawn in by our server Kevin's engaging description of the restaurant during his Uber ride with me. We have made multiple attempts to visit during his shifts over the past few weeks but unfortunately, have not seen him. Today, we were informed by a young lady that he is no longer with the establishment. We are writing this review in the hopes that someone will pass along our well wishes to Kevin, Such a Great Human Being!..from the Strawberries lady.

These dinners are always very, very good, but tonight’s dinner was exceptional. I’ll be dreaming about the mushroom soup and rigatoni tonight although everything was excellent. Those are my favorites. The manager spends time at every table and makes you feel very very welcome. Service is efficient, pleasant and friendly; you don’t usually get all three together.
If I had a complaint, it’s the location. We have to travel over an hour to Carrabba‘s but it is Worth it.

Dennis and his staff were excellent. Very nice, Very attentive and very accommodating. We came for a bourbon tasting event, and Dennis and his staff were very conscious in food, allergies, and asked everyone here if they were allergic to anything that was being served. We travel 45 minutes to come to this location. We wish a Carrabas would open in the Morristown area. We would still come down here anyway from time
