We have been to this place couple of times and ordered take out too. We love szechwan food and this place is the best in this neighborhood. The food is always flavorful , lots of options on the menu, but stick to the usual favourites, like the spicy pot for 2 is our favourite. The staff is courteous and our daughter loved the koi pond too 😀. Definitely recommend someone craving spicy chinese food.

Delivery guy demanded a tip from my wife even though we tipped already. He was aggravated that she wouldn’t leave him a dollar on top of what we already gave. The place is 8 min away from us.

The hygiene in this place is absolutely terrible
The tea pot was rusted and it seemed to have not been properly cleaned by the time they served us.
We asked for water and brought us some coffee paper cups, when asked for glasses they brought us what seemed to be used glasses. Absolutely disgusting.
The waitress seemed to be high or sick (?) I don’t know.
Service was obviously slow even when they only had 2 tables.
The food was ok, but obviously after knowing that things were not hygienic we didn’t want to eat there, it was our starvation that made us stay.
Don’t make the same mistake we made, stay away.
There’s a reason why this place is always empty.

Their chicken soup is one of the best in the area and I loved their double cooked pork too, mouth numbingly spicy.but very juicy and flavorful too.

As a Sichuan restaurant, they make Cantonese food, which made them taste very bad. Not sure why they had this decision. If it was not invited by others, I would not go there at all.
Other Sichuan restaurants I have been to, they have most of the dishes as Sichuan cuisine

Excellent service. Large menu which has traditionally Chinese as well as common dishes. Reasonably priced and attentive to detail and customer service was impeccable.

I haven’t went inside this establishment yet, however I’ve ordered about 4 times here for delivery. The food I’ve ordered so far has 0 complaints from me. Everything is fresh, hot, crispy and flavoring wise is SPOT ON! Alot of Chinese restaurants foods are either oily, or dry. But Chengdu Palace is amazing! The delivery man is so sweet, and super friendly. Thank you! My new favorite spot to order from.

I was not impressed with the food. The beef for pepper steak was under cooked, the dumplings still had water in the delivery container making them soggy and the pupuplatter was terrible. The shrimp toast was burnt to a crisp ugh. I definitely would never order from them again. Also on my order it showed one order of something and then they sent me 2 and charged for it. Hoping someone opens a good Chinese restaurant here soon. Horrible dinner.
