Dan Zai never fails to deliver. Delicious food paired with excellent service... ALL THE TIME. Owner is wonderful, makes us feel like family. I eat in and take out all the time. My daughters love the place. Everyone I take there loves the place.

The ramen booth was just okay. The broth lacked depth and flavor, and overall, it felt a bit underwhelming. For the price, I expected something more memorable. It's not terrible, but definitely not something I’d go out of my way for again.

This is the best Ramen bar or sushi restaurant I have been to in quite a while. All of the food was fresh and and its presentation was impressive. The myraid variety of flavors I encountered was awesome. If you like this type of fair and are in the area you are doing yourself a disservice not coming here. The staff was friendly and attentive, the premises was clean and the sheer variety of food available is impressive. I ate so much I had to have coffee, and the latte I ordered...
