This review is specifically for one employee: Lucas. This employee is a top-notch individual who is fast and accurate with my order. Honestly, probably the only reason I still go to this location. If anyone needs a coffee or a snack, go when Lucas is there.

Ordered a caramel latte with extra sugar — they didn’t add it and wouldn’t fix it properly. Staff was rude and dismissive. Manager rolled her eyes, made a mess trying to “fix” it, and gave me the same drink back. Terrible attitude and service. Won’t be coming back.

My boyfriend went in this morning to get our drinks. There were only 3 other people waiting in the dining area. They were open, but the girl behind the counter wasn’t even ready and told him to wait. The manager came in, scolding the girl saying “we should’ve been opened already! There’s customers.” Anyways. He asked for a matcha latte with oat milk, very basic. I got the drink back and I just stared at it, it wasn’t even green. I tasted it, MILK!! Just straight up regular whole milk, maybe a dash of matcha but it was literally just milk!! not even oat milk. I confirmed with my boyfriend and he said he asked for oat milk, so why is there cow milk in my drink? Luckily im not lactose intolerant. I’m just disappointed that I wanted a basic drink and got flavorless milk instead. And we’re running late. Once we’re on the highway, my boyfriend takes a sip of his drink, a French vanilla iced latte. He gags and goes “Eugh!! It’s straight up caramel.” Caramel or syrup, I don’t care. I tried it too and it was so disgustingly sweet. The drink was thick itself and not in a Milky Way, but in a sugary syrup way. (Even after stirring the drink) Both drinks were un drinkable. ((I mean unless you love milk to the point where you want a whole 3 cups worth)) I’ve had pretty well made drinks here before, but this was our first time having a bad experience. I don’t want to be inconsiderate, maybe the girl behind the counter had a bad morning or something happened to cause her to be late, or maybe a machine stopped working in the middle of opening. Maybe it was her first day? But how hard is it to mess up a drink off the menu. One more thing; it’s a minor mistake. Our breakfast sandwiches were mixed up but luckily it was caught in time. My bf traded with the other customer just in time. Too many mistakes made in one morning, especially when there’s only 4 people waiting. Relax, take your time. I’m sure people would rather have you take your time and make a good drink than rush and make a bad one.

Went there recently (drive thru) and the guy who has a dark beard working the window makes horrible coffee.
One day asking for less ice, I got no ice and almost a black coffee.
The next time I was there a week later i did'nt want a repeat, so just a regular iced coffee.
It was basically milk....never again to this DD.

An Employee named Lucas made our drinks today, he was very nice, seemed to love his job, and spoke with a clear and enthusiastic voice. Everything he made was fresh🙏🏼 very lovely person to be around. Thank you Lucas!!

This place cannot handle a morning rush or even afternoon rush… the food is always not hot, and drinks are not made consistently. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes this morning (8:30 rush) before even getting to the speaker. This is ridiculous. The Dunkin down the street handles the rush and has my items ready before i get there.
Went to drive through. Ordered a large hot green tea. Confirmed with a kid at window who then walked away. Girl came to window joking with the kid behind her and hands me the tea. I asked her again “green tea”. Annoyed she says yes. We pull onto highway and realize it’s a mint tea. Pull over and walk back in rain and go inside. I tell them I ordered green tea. They say yes Green is mint tea. I say no. Green tea please. She again repeats mint tea is correct. Finally a manager walks over and without any apologies just says “I’ll make it” and finally we get our one green tea. Incredibly difficult to get just this one item.
I just came from this DD to purchase a couple of bags of ground coffee. Three employees, one car in the drive thru and after waiting inside at the counter for 5 minutes to pay for my purchase, no one came over to ring me up. They saw me standing there but were too busy talking with one another to assist me. I walked out without making my purchase. I'll buy coffee elsewhere.
Got a small coffee (cream/sugar)...and, moments after drinking it, had an upset stomach.
And I am not lactose intolerant.
I've gotten this same coffee order at other Dunkin Donuts locations and never had this happen.
Please be careful - not sure how sanitary this location is.

There is never enough Bakery items to pick from... there at 10am on a Saturday and a lot of bare shelves

The best Dunkin I’ve honestly ever been to. Really nice, caring and attentive manager. Service is always very quick and the store is always clean. Best taste and prices. I prefer going to this one than the other one that is closer to me. Friendliest service in all of
