I just came home from getting fries and iced coffee. I asked for light and sweet. The person at drive through repeated my order and still didn’t make the coffee light and sweet.

The Happy Meal....I ordered from 10 US Highway 22 in NJ.....McDonald's, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment. Your Happy Meal was falsely advertised with a toy that was not included. The toy was supposed to be a Hello Kitty x TMNT Collab but instead they revealed Disney Pixar Elio. My child was excited for the advertised toy and was heartbroken when they received the wrong one. This is unacceptable and has led to a very disappointed customer.

For a fast food place, I guess this is as good as it gets in the area. The food provided is what you'd expect from a fast food establishment. While I prefer Wendy's, McDonald's is the popular choice amongst the Plainfield population.

Horrible place!!!!! I ordered a #7 2 cheeseburger meal and got home with bread cheese and ketchup. YES NO MEAT... this is ridiculous!!! And my sweet tea is disgusting... im so mad and you lost a valuable customer!!!

Fast food? Where it took over 10 minutes, the order was incorrect, and attitude...
It was not that good. I haven't had mc donalds in 10 years almost. My chicken was tasteless and very dark brown. You can tell its "old" oil they are frying with. The fries are soggy at best. The nuggets also soggy, not crisp. They limit you on sauce condiments so you gotta pay if you want more than 1 packet...also they had the collaboration with Genshin Impact but they generated a code that doesn't work. So i got to go through customer service for this. I'm not happy with the food, experience, or service (not the people that work there but the company being unable to uphold basic fast food standards).

I always come here and I love McDonald’s and the food everyone is welcoming but the manager name Esmeralda she is horrible shouldn’t even work as a supervisor! She was rude with my order , and I’m pretty sure she was the one who also took my order. My order came out incorrect and did not handled it so well. Terrible service from her especially as a so called “‘manager”, she was also very rude with the coworker trying to help me out with my order she completely snatched the receipt out of her hand.

Today, I had the worst experience I’ve had there with the person at the drive through window register. Her name is Magali. She was rude to me throughout the entire transaction from the moment I ordered at the drive through up until I paid. Please retrain staff as necessary.
