Fun little place. I expected the floral decor to be in the whole restaurant but it was centered in a specific area next to the bar. The tables had touch lighting that can change color depending on the mood. The hostess and wait staff had so much energy and smiles that were contagious. The menu items have an Asian flair especially since of the apps and fried rice (chaufa) offering. I got the pacha sour, which is a pisco sour with chicha morada and lomo saltado with tender steak pieces. Others got the arroz con mariscos that had prawns, squid and mussels. The lomo quesadillas were good too and the guacamole was good with it. The side of mashed potatoe was creamy and so buttery. For dessert, we got the flan and tres leches cake. Everything was delicious and is worth coming back to try other dishes.

Pacha Mamá is a new Latin (Peruvian) restaurant in Green Brook. PROS: - The service was very good. David and Jesus were very attentive. - The ambiance and decor was very nice. I can tell they are trying to "building" a hot stop. - The drinks. Bartender is doing something right and serves healthy portions. CONS: - The food. I was a bit disappointed of the food. The amount of money paid did not justify the quality of food. Our table ordered: * guacamole - that was VERY GOOD * tuna tartare - was drenched in a sauce and tuna was not as fresh * Mixed Seafood with rice - that was super salty. * Churrasco - I loved the ability to change the potatoes for the rice Moro and salad for maduros. The churrasco itself was a beautiful piece of meat cooked to perfection (medium rare) but it was salty. I'm not sure if it was the meat that had salt or the chimichurri or both. Overall, I would go back for drinks and appetizers, but would have dinner somewhere else.

Prepare yourself for a jungle cruise through the Latin American jungle of Pachamama. Our server Andy was our menu tour guide and led us through all the flavorful meals and secrets that ended up being terrific. The manager Jesus was incredibly welcoming and accommodating as well. Everyone on staff was superb and kind and the atmosphere is something you could only find in the tropical areas or Brooklyn. Will be back. Outstanding all around

Great new spot on Route 22. Peruvian influenced food that is great. Pork belly guacamole is fantastic. Margaritas best in the area. And one of the best happy hours around. Bartenders Norman and Jessica are the best.

Great vibes. It was the debut weekend, expectations were high and they did a great job. Our server Leslie was very friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, well marinated and they had all of the classic Latin hits playing in the background. Definitely would recommend checking it out.
