The food was so bad we threw it out $49.00 in the trash the burgers was a soggy mess it seems if they microwave everything except the fries so upset 😡 I can't understand what happened we were the only people there so it wasn't cause they were busy it was most likely cooked ahead of time and microwaved to order chicken tenders rubber my kids picked at it but eventually trash the rest all in all the best thing was the milk shake won't be returning to this location I see why it was empty.

Literally 4 minutes into drinking my shake and the straw just dissipates into nothing

Drinks are good. Service and drive thru is not. Longest wait times of any drive through I have ever been in. And they get my order wrong half the time. They don’t seem to listen very well, or just don’t care.

Good food. But they are really shorthanded. Had to order and then come to windows to pay and get food. The kiosk never seems to work well for the payment.

The food tastes good but there is something seriously wrong with the service at the drive thru, at least at night time. Sometimes the line *literally* does not move. One time I was there several months ago and the person in the window was just talking to someone in the car that was at the window for 20 minutes before I ultimately decided to just leave. Around that same time, there were significant waits when I ordered on UberEats a few times (to the point that Uber refunded the money because of how long the waits were), so I stopped ordering for several months. It seemed better recently (the blasts are good, had to go back).

Currently, I ordered through UberEats 1.5 hours ago, had two drivers arrive and wait for several minutes before dropping the order (honestly might have been just one driver who waited a long time, I’m not positive but I think the names changed). I tried calling Sonic multiple times and could not get through, it just said “user busy.” I did finally just get through now (after ANOTHER Uber driver was waiting for 10+ minutes), and the girl who answered the phone at Sonic said the driver just got there 10 mins ago and that she’s handing him the food now, but his car did not move at all until another 11 minutes AFTER we got off the phone. The UberEats driver confirmed the food was not ready when he arrived (which was over an hour after the order was placed).

I understand things happen and I’m really not one to complain but this seems like an ongoing issue rather than a one-off.

I ordered an oreo sonic blast and it was more like a sonic oreo sprinkle. Increased prices and diminished ingredients will not help you keep customers. The ice cream was melting from the bottom so I suppose it was near some hot product while waiting in line to get to the window. This is not only sonic but seems to be across the board with eating out. Eating out now days is not worth the price you pay for the food you receive. The food is poor quality and less portions for a higher price.

While the shakes are good, how do you mix up a cheesecake shake (which I ordered) with a plain vanilla shake with Reese pieces???? By time I realized I was already home

I went through the drive through and was very disappointed with their service. They fixed my shakes and had them.on the countertop sitting there while they talked and played around. The kids are young so I expect some level of immaturity but shockingly the adults joined in. No one wants food that is being talked over. One was blowing his nose and stretching over the food. COVID taught how germs can kill. Also, I would suggest that they wear gloves. From what I saw they are not being sanitary. I will.not be going back to this nasty place. I was turned off from the serivce and the lack of regard for handling the food in a nasty way. Just gross. There should be mandatory glove wearing and prohited from talking over people's food. No one wants your germs passed into their food.
