The female working the drive thru on 4/24/24 at 8:15am needs to start paying attention to her orders instead of laughing in the background. I ordered a grande ice coffee black, no sugar, easiest order in the world. She first puts it in as a medium hot coffee so I asked her politely that it was iced not hot so she changed it. I get to the drive thru window and asked her that the coffee had no sugar in it and she ignores me. Hands me my coffee and I see it has sugar in it, I tell her that I didn’t want sugar in it, she said you want more sugar? I’m like no I said no sugar. She then gives me an attitude. She should listen instead of talking to her coworkers joking around.

It’s a Starbucks. Like the rest. No Starbucks has good food. Everyone here is always nice enough but this is the slowest moving Starbucks I have ever been to. If there are more that 2 cars ahead of you in the drive through you are better off going in but the problem is there is very often many more than 2 cars backed up and the parking lot is blocked eliminating the option to walk in. It is often easier to just go up the hill to Warren.

I’m very upset the number that they have claims to be busy every second which means they probably disable their number and my coffee taste disgusting I asked for a blonde espresso and they gave me regular espresso. It’s not even edible to drink. I am very disappointed and I will never be returning at the Green book location.

Every single time I ask for anything, they NEVER have it. I even came here for a pup cup for my dog and they told me sorry we’re out of whipped cream numerous times while laughing on the drive thru mic… save your time and go elsewhere because they never have anything or your drink isn’t prepared correctly.

Staff doesnt greet customers, Seems understaffed. Drive thru should be redesigned. Cars block other parked cars in lot. In addition, nothing to stirr your plain coffee if you want sugar on the side.

Terrible location management needs to do better. Almost every time I’ve gone they’re always out of something like creme or cold brew during peak times like the mornings. Today I went in and waited in the drive through only to get to the speaker for them to tell me they don’t have power and can’t make drinks…it takes a minute to put a sign up that could have saved us all some time.
