Its over tb used to be the place to get good stuff cheap but this place is suffering from the same problem Mcd & Pop eyes suffer from: the workers act like you are asking for a personal kidney from thei mother... ive worked in food also im not ugly i just want my corporate copy paste food but when they cant even do that right the attitude they have when you ask them to correct it is insane. Like YOU messed up not me... .40 cents for jalapeños and they dont even add it. Its not even that accidents happen but the food prep is gross too, why would they let the customer view that??? Literally the individual was just coughing open mouthed while pulling sludge out a steamer and rolling it up. I was watching bcus i was waiting forever for my togo (my party already got their food...) order while the drive thru folks were laughing and tickling each other. And finally the price is just unacceptable now, but my 6 year old really wanted it but hey as parents we gotta just say no.

Ordered 2 cantina chicken burritos and a drink in thr drive through and after I paid I was told to wait 3-5 minutes then come back through the drive though while people behind me go their food

drive through service was great but i did not expect this horrible looking chicken. did they not look at it when they packed it ?? buying from this location is money down the drain cause you will not want to eat the food.

As a former employee here, I wasn’t sure what to expect coming back to this Taco Bell at a busy time. As someone who has worked in the fast food/food industry for a few years, I understand that sometimes there can be a wait when things get busy. I ordered a single freeze, and was waiting about 5 minutes give or take(which I understand). After waiting a while, I asked the cashier working(Older Indian Gentleman)to make my beverage, as I was waiting for a little bit for a single drink item. He said “Ok” but proceeded to continue to take drive thru orders. Meanwhile, there is a large line of disregarded DoorDash drivers waiting for their orders. Like I said, I understand that things get busy, but disregarding customers is not fair. It took me a couple times of asking to finally get my drink.

Not much chnged, unfortunately.
My food today tasted like they were made yesterday.
I usually loke the fries, had to throw them away. The crunchwrap was crunchy, because the shell was dry.

I dont normally rate places low but this place really had me messed up. They tried to keep my card and i just checked they charged me twice and $10 on something i didnt even buy. The order took so long and they messed up my order and forgot a couple things. Im NEVER going here ever again.
