Mr. Patel refused to process a refund when his store didn't have the holiday munchkin promotion. He insulted me in front of 5 customers, blamed me for not having the product, and told me to get the refund on the app which is impossible. I have gone to this store weekly for years. It is incredible how little Mr. Patel cares for his customers, and how willing he is to lie in front of his employees and customers when caught in a lie.

This my favorite dunkin in the area not sure why it has a bad rating but me and wifey love coming here latte always comes out great and my ice coffee is always on point .

The Indian Manager is always hospitable and professional šŸ‘ .... But that other older indian lady serving the hot meals always delivers under cooked sausage sandwiches or untoasted bagels etc ... SHE NEEDS TO RETIRE ... For example we received cold sausage egg wraps for the money you pay ... UNBELIEVABLE 🤣

This Dunkin tastes different compared to other Dunkin’s… am I the only one who thinks like that?
I go there because it’s just a few steps way from me but every time I went there I realized why I didn’t stop by this one.. sorry you need to learn to make coffee with their recipes

I ordered iced matcha latte NO SUGAR and they gave me with sugar, when I asked to give me one without sugar they said the powder has sugar and it’s already pre maid. So I asked them that if they weren’t able to make me without sugar then why she confirmed that it was No sugar, they started arguing with me! One of the lady starting yelling at me, even though I calmly asked to refund my money, she refused me and offered me the same matcha, but I told them if they can’t make it without sugar there’s no point to have it! Finally I had to call the police to get my money back because they were yelling and arguing with me and not returning money back. This is so pathetic to treat the customer this way! Never had any situation like this in my life.

Not friendly staff specially Spanish dude. When order bagel with butter they always seem to missed the butter. Not sure if they forget or is definitely done on purpose. Horrible. Maybe franchise needs to be taken away from these people.. #dunkindonutsfranchise

Ordered in person the other day and the guy was busy making a drink and not even on register and asked me what I wanted. It was awkward because I had a large order so I began ordering and it was like talking to a wall because the guy kept making the drink and barely looking up. It was weird. But I do love how they make the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. The best out of all Dunkin’s near me. They make it sweet and refreshing. Not watered down at all. Love the drinks they make but don’t love the customer service.

I’ve been to many Dunkin’ Donuts, and almost none of them have friendly service, but this one is the worst. I’ve gone many times because it’s close to my work, and they’re always missing something. When you order something, they give it to you reluctantly, and it’s never done right, either because they don’t know how to make it or they don’t have the ingredients. Today, I ordered a large hot coffee with hazelnut, which was supposed to be free on the app, and they gave me a cold, medium, regular coffee instead. When I told the cashier, she had no idea what was going on, probably because they’re not well-trained with the register either, and she spoke to me as if she was the one paying for it. I don’t know why Dunkin’ puts specials on the app. It’s better to go somewhere else and pay for good coffee and good service.
