My boyfriend and I recently dined at Lotus in Guttenburg, NJ, and we had an incredible experience! Our server, Sergio, was attentive and friendly, making excellent recommendations. We ordered the Drunken Noodles with shrimp, the lettuce chicken wrap, a fun and tasty appetizer. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Coconut Lemongrass Chicken and Mushroom Soup; the rich, creamy broth infused with lemongrass was simply divine. Definitely my favorite neighborhood spot. Food is always great, staff is friendly and vibes are always on point. Have been coming here for years and it’s always a home run. Warmer months they have the garden open which is a vibe, and Thursdays are always a good time with the DJ 👍🏻
