Please have staff check the receipts before handing out orders. I placed an order yesterday that should have been ready for pick up at 9:15pm. I arrived at this time. The young man handed me one pizza and when I asked about where the other items were (the 2 orders of wings) he looked at the receipt and said to wait a few moments while he gets them made. While waiting, the person that came in after me and ordered in person had received their entire order while I was still waiting for the wings. The young man came back out with an order of wings and my pizza that he had placed in the hot box. I asked about where the second order of wings was. He seemed confused and stared at the receipt...for some reason whatever he was looking at did not match what I had ordered and I had proven this by showing him my email confirmation. He pulled up my order in the system using my phone number, printed a new receipt, and asked me to wait again for 2-3 minutes which ended up being actually 15-20. My order should have been ready for pick up at 9:15. By the time everything was ready I had waited 40 minutes. When I got home and opened the wings I found out they didn't make the correct ones. It should have been one order of BBQ and one order of buffalo mild but I was given two orders of buffalo.

I had just gotten off work, I placed the order so that it would be ready on my way back but I was met with a lot of confusion and frustration because of the carelessness of the employee that should have been helping me. I work in the food industry myself, I understand that things happen and try to be patient but this experience was clearly because of someone not taking their job seriously. I get working at a pizza place may not be the most exciting thing in the world but if they want to succeed in life they need to start somewhere and they will not get something better if this is how they treat their responsibilities in a customer service position.

I had an uber eats delivery and he was great. To my surprise, as I was eating there were multiple pieces of pasts with black/green spots. Safe to say I will not be ordering again.

I went into the location of 7001 Bergeline Ave in Guttenburg , NJ . I walked into the Pizza Hut to order a personal pizza for my child. There was only one person in the store (customer) , no one was at the counter . I waited 5 minutes before I had to scream if anyone was in the store. An employee comes to the front of the store high . Not my problem. My problem was the fact that I had been in the store for 45 minutes waiting for a personal sized pizza with two employees who just didn’t care . And not to mention the other customer who was waiting 1 hour for 2 large pizzas. INSANE honestly.

I ordered a pizza deal box with a large pizza and cookies. But how can they forget to put my pizza in the box. Rang to discuss this matter. Got passed along from colleague to colleague. Never got a sorry just we will send the pizza. Absolutely disgraceful. My poor child sat and cried and now does not even want pizza because his full on cookie

They never answer the phone , and when they did I got hugged up on more then 5 times. I made my online order at 6:12pm it is 11:04pm and still haven’t received it. It states that it’s in the oven but it’s been in the oven for more than 2 1/2 hours. What are they giving me charcoal? All I want is my money back I paid with a card and I can’t even get a hold of them. I understand it’s Super Bowl Season But why take an order if you’re not gonna complete it.

Received the wrong order. Ordered cheesy bread for my dad. Instead I got a bacon and ham pizza for my muslim dad. When I called to let the store know they hung up on me. when I called back they put me on hold for 15+ minutes till i hung up

Waited for more than half hour for my medium sized pizza. I was told it was going to be 20mins which I understand it wont be but it was exactly 40minutes later. Then when they supposedly had my order ready it was the wrong one and they asked me if i could wait 7more minutes! Horrible.
