I don’t understand why people like their bread. I did a blind taste test with bread I got from Acme’s bakery and it’s practically indistinguishable. If you’re looking for crunchy italian or sourdough, look elsewhere. This is Olive Garden breadstick bread.

You’ve come to right spot! This bakery has been here 99 years! Started in 1926 - This is a MUST stop for any local or tourist driving through. Fresh breads and rolls baked every morning. Amazing sweets and cakes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Laziest staff. They blaming on each other instead of fixing customer’s issue. If they don’t like their job they should stop working. Always sad faces of kitchen staff.

love me forever

I ordered a 14$ hoagie and it had one slice of meat and one slice of cheese for 14$ what a rip off. I have video of the hoagie I can't believe this company nothing like the original Carmen's iykyk. Sad in this economy a well known establishment is stealing people's money

Go! Go! GO!
Step into the delightful world of Italian baked goods! The aroma of fresh baked bread, rolls, assorted pizzelles, soft pretzels, and desserts will overtake your senses. Leave your diet, self-control, and willpower in your car, they'll do you no good at Del Buono's. Bring only your senses and wallet.
Be sure to tell the lovely Italian lady at the register that Lisa sent you 😀!

Their bread is really good.

As for prepared foods: The Italian hoagie was very good. The chicken salad meat had the texture equivalent to a soggy crouton.

I love coming here and the breads / rolls are the same as they have been for years. I wanted to try something new, something sweet. Grabbed a carrot cupcake and a slice of a chocolate roll cake. These were not fresh and if they were that makes it worse. They were so dry. I was extremely disappointed. I have no desire to want to try anything else.

We've been buying you're torpedo rolls and freezing them for years. Now it seems if you freeze them they fall apart when you try to eat them and have no taste at all. The bread used to be the best part of the sandwich, now it's not. What has changed? Very disappointed.

I love the bread and everything from the Bakery. Today I went to bread and a guy with a VERY LONG BEARD was touching all the bread and picking from one basket and putting them in another basket without gloves or covering the beard. He leaned over the basket and his beard touched the bread. He went outside came back and without washing his hands went back to touch everything without gloves. I told the cashier and she said I had to talk to management, that she didn’t know anything about that. I went outside and the same guy was outside loading a truck and I was looking and he went back inside took bread out of a basket and keep putting it on trays.

Once again, stale torpedoes at the Stratford location. He thinks a person, who has been buying rolls for 38 years, cannot tell the difference between a fresh roll and a stale one. And no kaisers. The rolls have gone downhill, changing the recipe to achieve a higher profit, making them too soft. There is no substance to them. I believe the only reason he does any business is due to the lack of competition. He has branched out to sell all kinds of things, nothing being quality therefore providing mediocre products.
