I came here for a tea lunch for my grandmother. The tea shop is super cute and they have a pre fixe menu to eat with your teas. All the food was delicious. Our server was also super nice. I would also like to attend a tea leaf reading. I would definitely come here again!

Sad to say our girls day out experience was unsuccessful due to a poorly trained staff They charge adult prices for an 11 year old! It took her 40 minutes to get us water she didn’t explain anything about any of the food she gave us. We were following the instagram and it advertised a secret word “quiche” which our server did nothing about besides giggle nervously for the amount of money you spend at this location you would expect a more comforting experience. The lack of knowledge from the only staff member decreased the femininity of a classical tea party the owner should be embarrassed of the business she barely runs. And their were still Christmas decorations up?

Very good service. Despite a reservation mixup on our part, they graciously took care of us.

After many afternoon teas here, today’s meal was a disappointment. The winter menu is limited to specific sandwiches and scones, so I ordered the quiche, which was flavorful, but too small.Even the decor and attention to the usual elegant detail was missing. The tea was excellent, however, served in beautiful pots, and my dining partner was very pleased with her food.

UPDATE 2/21/2024Great food and service as usual! And with the new a la carte menu, you can customize your meal, whether you want something small or a full meal! Still a great experience!!Fun place for tea service! Over 20 flavors of tea to choose from, hot or cold! Finger sandwiches, scones, and cookies. Cute atmosphere. Would recommend!

To start off, I would never have chosen to go here, but my lovely lady made the plans for the day. Excuse the pun , but a place like this is not my cup of tea. We went there and it was a pre-fixed menu where they bring out a pot of tea to share, and then you start off by selecting any additional tea. You get a salad, it has blue cheese crumbles with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Then they bring out the food tower. It had savory and sweet scones with clotted cream, herb butter and mango chutney . The sandwitches were small two bite sandwiches, and they were just okay. The desserts were two bites also and it was a very light lunch. Overall, she was happy, so I was happy, but I would never choose to go there myself. It's was nice to experience with her.

We had tea here today and the service was incredibly slow. We sat for 40 minutes before we even ordered tea and then it was an additional 40 minutes before we received our food. The food was good and the tea was okay. In addition to this as we were getting prepared to leave they began to clear and dismantle our table before our entire party was able to get up from the table.

Went here for a friend’s bridal shower. It was amazing. My mother has a gluten allergy and is vegan. She has NEVER been able to be accommodated anywhere. She was able to eat so much food, which was so delicious. Desserts, salads, scones, and sandwiches were all made to accommodate her diet in such short notice. I’m truly grateful that they were able to do something like this for her. It shows effort that no place has ever done before. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the tea as well. The servers doing the party were so sweet and thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone, it’s the best!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan options available. We were there for a birthday. Let me first start by saying that the food is the shining star here. My cheddar herb biscuit was amazing, as was the orange parfait and chocolate chip cookie. Sandwiches were good. I really loved the varied, delicate teacup sets and their designs. Décor is cute. The place was almost full, so the staff was hustling. Now I realize that this is not high tea at the Ritz Carlton. Bathroom had water stains on the wall with the trash overflowing with paper towels. This was soon after they opened, so it was not emptied from the day before. Servers were all quite young. Server brought hot house tea while we awaited the rest of our party but no cream or sugar. Ten minutes later, we approached another server who said she would tell her. When cream and sugar finally arrived, it was in a caddy of all artificial sweeteners and 2 sugars. I requested more sugar for our party of 8. She delivered another caddy of Sweet-n-low, Splenda, and now 3 sugars. I then ask if she could just bring us 10 sugars. When she finally delivered them, she said to me, “I hope this is finally going to be enough sugar for you now.” (As if I am going to be using them all myself lol). We had to remind her for more water, tea, etc. Perhaps a quick minute meeting with the staff on serving etiquette would really benefit the owner and this establishment. Again, I realize this is not the Ritz Carlton.

I absolutely love this place! The service is honestly my favorite part, my server Trinity was absolutely lovely. She is so knowledgeable and helped me find the tastiest options and she is such a kind human! She was equally professional and sweet, I really recommend her!
