I went today (11/10/25) at 3pm and was treated very rudely through the drive through. Granted I was taking some time to place my order but the worker was impatient and began to snap on me. Especially in customer service, I feel like no one should be treated this way, having an employee screaming at them through the drive through for not ordering quick enough. There was no one else in the line so im not sure why this employee was getting agitated and in a rush. I thanked them for their time and drove to McDonald's next door. Very disappointed.

When I arrived at the drive-through, I was informed that they would take exact change only. Then when I placed my order, I was told that they were out of hamburger meat. How does Burger King run out of hamburger meat? If they ran out of the size I wanted, a Whopper Junior, I feel they should have offered me a regular whopper. I left immediately and went to the McDonald’s next door.

It took a few minutes for my food to come out but it looked like there were only two people working at 8pm. But they did their thing and they definitely made up for it... that was one of the best burgers I've ever had! I couldn't believe it for Burger King... nice big burgers cooked to perfection with plenty of condiments on it!

There are beyond on slow this isn’t fast food I seen restaurants who serve food quicker then this 10-15 mins in the drive thru and this is the 3rd time they’ve took so long
Update 2025 Still a hot mess. The restaurant always looks disorganized and chaotic. I worry about the food quality. Thought I would give it a try, but still nope.
Prior review $18 for an uninspiring burger, sticky coke cup and freezer burned fries. Still trying to figure out why I went here. The fry oil was rancid, meat had bone...might have chiped a tooth. Why do people even go here?

Its really nothing like getting home and realizing someone was too lazy to throw a few strips of bacon on your burger after you spent $50.And fries were cold.The empty drive-thru mid-afternoon on a Saturday should have told me all I needed to know.Go to McDonalds next door.
