Great Burger King. I order ahead on the app when I am around the corner and it is normally ready and warm when I get there to the dining room. I live around the block and pickup at the counter often. Always good quality for a good price. Like the food much better than McDonald's. Flame broiled just tastes better than fried. Specials are good.

I would avoid this Burger King at all costs. They cannot communicate in English nor can they take orders and process them. I told her what I wanted, and then she just walked away for an I told her what I wanted, and then she just walked away for a few minutes. Upon her return, she just wanted to sell me something else, but I already placed my order. Avoid at all costs! If you do get what you ordered, it will be cold.

Staff were friendly but service was extremely slow waited over 20 minutes with only one vehicle in front of me... Food was hot but I order a crispy chicken wrap that ended up being uncooked and the wrap wasn't great either. Would recommend going to the Burger King on route 130.

Andrea was the cashier today at Westmont NJ Burger King. What a wonderful personality he had. He was so helpful and polite with the questions I had about new items. Nothing was a bother for him. In today's business world, where customer service is so lacking, this young man should be recognized by corporate for representing this company in such a positive way.

Had one car in front of us who gave their order back so instead of having the person pull up they just had them sit and wait at the window. We pulled up and our food was not ready we were given our drinks and then proceeded to wait another five minutes with no apologies whatsoever once we were given our food they just said Thank you shut the window so we had to wait for them to look over and see us so we could ask for our sources which we weren't given very rude children and 20 minutes wasted. Haven't been to Burger King in years and I guess no I no why

Every single time i go there, i plan to have to approach them about getting my order wrong. Doesn't matter how busy or not busy they are. My husband went to pick up a couple burgers and some onion rings for me. Of course he gets hime and theres cheese on them. After he told them 3 times no cheese. The receipt says no cheese. The lettuce on the one was the hard round stump from the lettuce head. Wth are they even doing over there? Next time i want burger king id rather drive all the way to the one on rt 70. Id probably get home faster anyway since this location you have to go inside for it not to take a half hour with only 1 car in front of you. And idk whats taking so long anyway. The burgers are ALWAYS cold. It makes no sense. Any why tf did my burger taste sweet? That bothered me. I was really hungry and needed to eat at that point so i did eat it but it did make me a little nervous like burgers arent supposed to be sweet. I usually qrite funny reviews, but i dont find anything funny about this. And yea, i was a fast food employee for a long time. And i get that its irritating when people complain. But u know what else is irritating? A place getting your food wrong, getting annoyed at you for DARING to tell them they did it wrong, and then when u get it, it sucks. Thats also annoying. I should have just gotten mcdonalds. Its right next door and when they get something wrong they fix it and its hot when u get it. Ive never waited more than 15 mins in line there and thats with a busy lunch rush drive through.
