I have tried all of their other restaurants, which are amazing, so I figured I should give this last one a chance. I was not disappointed!
First of all, the texture of the seitan was perfect. It is thin and chopped small, like you see on the meat version. I’ve never had one that wasn’t bigger chunks, and this makes such a difference. It was nicely seasoned, and the vegan cheese had a good flavour.
They have a variety of vegan choices, and they are all customizable. Fries are too — old bay with vegan cheese was so good.
I will definitely be back to eat my way through the vegan menu!

I don’t get the hype, I’m sorry. The steaks remind me of steak ums in the freezer section. Meat needs some seasoning and some caramelization. Just tasted like frozen, dry, thin beef from a flat top. Great service tho.

I am super picky when it comes to seitan, but the vegan cheesesteak was so good! The seitan has a great texture and is very well seasoned. It was topped with a sliced vegan cheese, possibly violife. Overall very tasty! Excellent service and good vibes.

Everything was great. Next time, I remember to order hot peppers. Service was great The food was good We went on the coldest day of the year and they still kept the place warm YAY!

Best Cheese steak I ever had! I'm from GA and currently reside in NY!! I was traveling on the road! The cashier was definitely attentive and welcoming! The only downside is parking!

We're visiting from Texas and decided to give Dar's a try. My son ordered the Philly Dilly cheesesteak with pickles ( his 1st ever Philly cheesesteak). Being a Jersey native, I've enjoyed lots of amazing sandwiches. I got the regular cheese steak with homemade whiz/onions and peppers. Both sandwiches were enjoyed. However, if given another opportunity, I'd probably go for provolone cheese instead. Just my usual preference. I do wish they would think about offering cups to enjoy your canned or bottled beverages. Especially while dining in. The restaurant was clean, and the cashier was very welcoming and friendly.
Parking: Parking looks limited. I didn't see any handicap parking.

Loved this cheesesteak - seitan is thinly sliced and chopped - not cubed/chunked. Vegan cheese was good and didn't overpower the sandwich. Option of regular or seeded roll - also had gluten free roll available for a little extra.
