Basically a take out place with a few tables. But the cheesesteak? Awesome. Packed with meat. Offer of a seeded or unneeded hero, and i had a combo of Cooper sharp and whiz. AWESOME. and price was very reasonable.

Just a great place - I've been meaning to review Dar's for a while, but a recent cheesesteak I had elsewhere reminded me of why we pretty much always go here. I can't recall a bad experience. Their cheesesteak is always properly cooked, tender, has a nice flavor, and the staff is great. Looking forward to my next visit!

Order was ready when I arrived. I ordered early on a Saturday evening and picked up around 7pm. The dining area has a few tables and place was empty at the time. It was clean inside. I parked out front on the street with no problem. I ate at the house. The Cheese Steak was a 5/5. It had chopped meat. I would order again.

Amazing atmosphere, amazing employees. I PROMISE you I was wowed. And I don't PLAY about any of the food I have to PAY for. I am very fortunate to have took a visit from the Donkeys Place Too, to Dars Steaks to try theirs as well. Thank you Dar. I will be back most likely today. Trust me. The best cheese steak I've ever had so far. Yes. I don't lie. Besides the donkeys place, yes. No piece of steak is uncooked or CHEWY. LOVE YOU ALL. YOU ARE ALL AWESOME.

Moved here from Philly and would always go to Tony Luke's on Oregon Ave since I was a teenager. This cheese steak is delicious. Went back two weeks in a row. Their home made whiz is amazing. Just got best of South Jersey, and I can see why.

Vegan Philly cheesesteak at Dar’s Steaks is excellent and a great portion. They use seitan and have vegan cheese. Easy to order on the phone or online. They made it fast. Small place inside, but enough seating if you want to eat there. They also have a mushroom/veggie sandwich and have options of rolls, including gluten-free.
