This Domino’s location is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. My food was marked as “delivered” even though it never arrived. I called multiple times before it was marked delivered and was repeatedly told it would be there shortly. I went outside when it said delivered — no food, nothing. When I called back to figure out what happened, the employees were extremely rude and refused to give me a manager’s name when I asked. That alone says a lot about how poorly this place is run. The way I was treated over a simple delivery issue was unacceptable. No accountability, no respect, and terrible customer service. This location seriously needs to be shut down or completely restaffed because this is not how a business should operate.

This Dominis was agreat place for take out in the past. We go for convenience but are experiences have been blessed than standard and gotten worse. In over 1 year, food is not always hot & pizza rarely slices are cut. We dont purchase wings anymore due to never taking requests for additional passes for wings, even when called in or staff told that app doesn't offer option on app. Convenience maybe last reason still going.

In my 50 years of life, I have never seen a manager treat a paying customer so badly. This female manager was so degrading. Idk who this lady thinks she is but do better Haddon township!!!!!!! You must have picked this lady up off the streets, she looks so unprofessional for a manager and looks dirty to be working in a food business, I will never order dominos ever again in my life

Terrible, dry, overcooked pizzas yet somehow the pizzas were better than the customer service and management staff. When I complained about the quality of the two pizzas, two people claimed to be managers. One of them had an immediate, unprovoked attitude with me and abruptly hung up the phone. The point of delivery is so that I wouldn't have to go up there. There were 7 people going behind the counter and into the back. Some had on uniforms and others were in street clothes. The managers refused to give me their names but one had red/ pink hair and glasses while the other was a larger woman with tattoos and dark hair. They refused to provide information to contact the general manager. Instead of trying to resolve the matter they were both rude and dismissive.

This location is always hit or miss but it’s been pretty bad the last couple times i’ve come here, and i’m probably just gonna stop coming altogether. This particular time i placed an order online, and by the time i arrived it was already marked as ready. So i walked in and was greeted by a young kid who must’ve been on his first day or something. I gave him my name and he looked around for my order for a minute before saying they were still making it. The whole point of me ordering it online was so I didn’t have to wait any extra, but fine i assumed it would only be another minute or two. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my pizza, and to no surprise on top of that it was burnt to a crisp as well. don’t throw a brand new employee on the oven without properly training him first. the poor guy seemed lost and he just kept getting yelled at by the other employees.

Came in at 7.26 pm and was given the wrong pizza. Called the store, and the mgr. on duty answered, and became snotty of the fact that I told her that I was given the wrong order. This store used to be good. I guess it depends on who runs it. Going back to Papa johns which is closer anyways. No apology at all and no good byes. NEVER AGAIN.

whoever was working the phone at 3:50 pm on july 26th 2025 needs to be fired. i had to call three times, she hung up on me twice, and doesn’t even speak english. I was not able to figure out ANY information about the whereabouts of my pizza, and I can not stress this enough, did not speak a lick of english, how is she working the phone????

Wow what a disaster ! Ordered a pizza Saturday night I wanted cheesesteak pizza while watching the ifc ppv so I ordered one with extra steak and peppers! The first one came and was missing peppers completely,so I called and the second one was missing onion and neither of them had extra steak or extra peppers like I asked for! They probably did something dirty to the second one as well since they had to remake it! I sent an email to try and get it resolved and now here we are Tuesday and no response so google review it is ! Never ordering from there again!

The Dominoes food was Dominoes food. 1st time picking up and there was only 1 worker inside when I paid. The other 5 were outside smoking and picking up things from the smoke shop. All of them were cursing up a storm while 2 of them were talking about preparing to hear someone up. Not exactly the best welcome crew. I think the Camden location will be my go to now. Felt more welcomed at the little Caesars pizza on Mt. Ephraim with the bulletproof glass.

The Westmont Dominoes is on point!!! The girls there are awesome and the food is always top notch especially for a chain store. In my eyes they are a top competitor in the area for Pizza and they use top choice meat for the cheese steak products. Can't say enough good things about the Westmont Dominoes store
Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza, Baked Italian Sandwich, Baked Ziti
