I went to this dunkin this evening and it was not busy, in fact i walked in and there was no one there. The manager was on the phone arguing with someone and i understand it was dead so i waited till he was finished. The phone call lasted about 10 mins. After he hung up he came to the register asked what i wanted then said “ok after this phone call”. I was a little shocked, i work in retail and that level of disrespect to your customers blew my mind. I ended up walking out. I have patience but your lack of customer service is terrible.

Was just here with my mom and the staff was very patient with our order. They repeated it back and everything was perfect. Thank you for making our morning a little better.

I’m in here almost every day sometimes twice a day. They know my order and their customer service is amazing
This guy keeps ripping kids off. They ask for a "small" and are charged for larger sizes. Plays like he doesn't understand when called out on it. On to you guy!

I come here all the time, literally multiple times a week. I came in and was denied use of the restroom without buying something. I buy like $25 for my office every time and I can’t use your restroom? Never again giving you business. There is a wonderful non franchise/ non corporate bakery just down the street.

The food is OK typical Dunkin’ Donuts decent. The service is the worst service I’ve ever had staff is rude I think largely due to the language barrier but regardless they never get anything,
