About a month ago I ate at Frank’s Place and was charged twice for the same visit. I tried working with the establishment to get my refund. Initially, lost in translation I believe, I was told that I would have to dispute it through my credit card. Because of this I left an unflattering review. The owner of the establishment reached out to me immediately and worked with me to rectify the issue. I was offered options and chose a cash refund when I returned to the city. I appreciate the fact that she reached out personally. Thank you Stephanie.

Drove up from cape may county, ordered on phone when I got to 295 they said 20 mins , got there on 20 it was waiting for me in the hot box
Pizza used to be better with more topics and more cheese. This is a recent change, less toppings thinner crust. IT USED TO BE ALOT BETTER. Price is too high for what you get . I have been ordering my pizza there for over 20 years now no more

VERY DISAPPOINTED I CALLED AND PLACED A ORDER BEFORE MY LUNCH BRAKE. AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN... AND WAS VERY NONCHALANT ABOUT EVERYTHING I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE A APOLOGIE OR A DISCOUNT TO MAKE UP FOR THERE MISTAKE. HAD TO WAIT A EXTRA 10 MINS AND THEN THE GUY TOSSED THE BAG OF FOOD AT ME LIKE HE HAD A ATTITUDE VERY UPSET AND WONT BE COMIING HERE EVERY AGAIMN
