$18 for 3 bland, dry tacos. Six dollars per taco. Think about that. Place was empty and service was so slow. Don’t recommend at all. Unless you’re just getting a drink, hence the two stars.

Service just went downhill, food was great and the area was nice, but having my waitress look at my name on my card after I payed, shout my name out loud while I was walking out, and question why I tipped small, is not a good way to end the night. This is very disrespectful, and on top embarrassing, I followed up with the assistant manager shortly after who then apologized for this other employee’s behavior. No customer should have a server run up to them and question why they tipped a certain way, while having an attitude. I will say this, the food was good, I do recommend getting their desserts.

Great employees, mediocre food, & even worse ownership. Plenty of better spots on the avenue unfortunately. Hopefully it gets replaced soon

This is the first negative review I have ever left an establishment, but the service was truly awful. I have been going to Keg & Kitchen for the last 15 years, and the quality of the service has really changed. My friends and I were at Keg & Kitchen tonight for a singles event. The event itself was wonderful and fun, but the service provided by our waitress, Marren M., was absolutely horrific. She was incredibly rude throughout the evening. At one point, she slammed our drinks on the table and walked away without a word. The manager was also rude and, prior to the event starting, tried to suggest that we leave because we were taking up a table and there was a “minimum” despite us all ordering food. Again, we were there for an event that Keg & Kitchen promoted and hadn’t even started at that point. We continued to order more items once the event began.

Based on this interaction, I will no longer recommend Keg & Kitchen nor will I return. Horrible, horrible service.

Worst $100 we've spent in a long time. We will be hard-pressed to visit again, especially with so many other choices in the area.

The ambiance of the place is nice. They even did a great job on the outside area since it's on a busy road. I'd definitely recommend more of a noise barrier somehow, but visually, it was nice. We were greeted kindly & didn't have to wait for a seat on a Saturday afternoon. Our server, Skylar, was friendly, upbeat & prompt.
The board inside has different recommendations: chef, staff favorites, etc... you get the point. We both ordered the keg burger based on the chef's recommendations. We also ordered nachos & the squash soup. The appetizers & soup were mediocre at best, and both burgers were hockey pucks. Neither medium rare as ordered. The best part of the meal was the fries. Add a couple of alcoholic beverages that were also pretty crappy & you have a $100 bill and two unsatisfied customers who will be skipping this place in the future.

The last two times I've had food from Keg and Kitchen they've prepared my meal incorrectly and have forgotten ingredients and nearly the whole meal. The first time they prepared my burger with unmelted cheese and missing toppings and the second time I ordered nachos to go and it had maybe 1/4 of a Jalapeño and a single tablespoon of beans and other toppings. I'm legitimately upset because it cost around 14 dollars and I basically got chips and one spoon of toppings; what a waste.

I doubt I will come back again and I can no longer recommend Keg and Kitchen as it's severely declined in quality and value.
