Im quite literally sitting in line as I write this review, going on 30 minutes now, and saw someone go into the back and smoke weed in the back food storage area... mind you, im back in this long line because they forgot to put most of my order in the bag, wonder why that was 🥲 now i know why this location is so inconsistent!

The girl taking my order through the drive-through was extremely rude. She didn’t even get half of my order and stop talking. I asked if I should move up or if I can confirm the order on the screen and nobody was at the speaker. It’s like she walked away. I go up to the window and I’m charged for a medium when I asked them for large, but I got a small. They made me pull up and wait for over 10 minutes when there was nobody else in line behind me and It’s only me and my daughter. It’s not like we ordered a lot. I didn’t even get my Berger because she wasn’t even there for me to order it. I’m heading to a different McDonald’s and I will not be back at this one.

Do not use your App Rewards at this location as they don't give you the free item but your points are used and you have to deal with the horrible customer service from Corporate to get your points back

Pulled into the drive thru. And from the beginning we ordered two of the Mcvalue double cheese burger meals. They were $4.49 each. She kept putting in a regular order of double cheeseburger. We said multiple times we wanted the 4.49 meal. Keep in mind this meal comes with small fries, nuggets, a drink and the burger. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes arguing with the lady. We pulled up to the first window and the manager was there. Ended up putting in THREE orders of just burgers. No fries no nuggets, no drinks. honestly go to the Burger King next door. And maybe they should start hiring people who can look at a menu on a computer screen in front of them.

I’m very very disappointed I brought a mcchicken sandwich it was on Tuesday December 11 I try to explain to a worker at the job that you guys served me a mcchicken that has a bug in it so they brong a manager brown color skin and told me I was lying I put a bug in the mcchicken why do I come in and sitdown down to a bug in my sandwich so one other manage with glasses came to me and try to say I’m not welcome there and she will call the cops for making up a lie how I was lying when I’m buying the food and I’m sitting down at the place never again this place got me really disappointed with the bugs

I got nothing against McDonald's, but if I ask for 4 cheeseburgers with extra pickles, I expect to get the extra pickles on my sandwiches. If you don't have extra pickles to give me them, don't charge me for the extra pickles!!
