First time I’ve ordered from Papa John’s in years. Placed my order at 6:19 pm was given a delivery time between 7:00-7:10 pm. My order wasn’t delivered until 7:45 pm and my pizza was barely lukewarm. Needless to say I will never order from this restaurant again.

I have been a loyal customer of this pizza establishment since my high school days, and it saddens me to say that the quality and overall experience have significantly declined over the years. What was once a reliable and enjoyable spot for a great meal has unfortunately gone downhill.
One of the biggest disappointments is the lack of key ingredients for the “Works” such as bacon and black olives, which used to be staple toppings that set this place apart. The crust was awful as the ingredients weren’t there. It’s surprising and frustrating not to find them available anywhere on the menu now. The absence of these options has taken away from the variety and flavor that I used to love. Additionally, the overall atmosphere and attention to detail seem to have changed for the worse. The charm and consistency that once made this place special are no longer there. It’s truly unfortunate to see a longtime favorite lose the quality and care it once had. Regrettably, I can no longer recommend this pizza place to others.
I genuinely hope management takes notice and works to bring back the standards and selections that made this restaurant so popular in the first place. It was a meal for my birthday and it is ruined.

Waited 5 minutes after entering the store for member to come out when he came out he didn't have no uniform T-shirt and shorts with slides on didn't wash his hands before requesting to see what we wanted store looked dirty No menu out We walked out

Received the wrong order & called the store immediately. They informed me they would confirm with driver and call back to give refund. Store never called back and would not pick up the phone after will never order from here again.

Based on what Google says, their hours of operation are until 2am. However, we order online at 6:30pm and receive a call stating they dont have specific toppings. We try to be flexible, requesting alternatives and they state that they don't have them either.
What a disappointment. Hopefully, they get that resolved soon to avoid additional disappointed customers!

Ordered my pizza and breadsticks on my app at 9pm watched through app it being made prepared and then saw my order was canceled at 10! Wtf I did check credit card money was refunded but not explanation and of course no one answered the phone
Never got my pizza after my money was take from my card called CS couldn't even bring my pizza have to wait 7 days to get my money back never order online papa John's

Oki haven’t ordered Papa John’s in a long tim. The quality had definitely changed, oh well. The biggest reason for the low review is the crust was barely cooked. It was super soft on the bottom which doesn’t make sense since it cooked on a conveyer belt style oven. Oh well. Wish you were better.

Do not order wings from here! They are garbage! They are weirdly rubbery and fatty and so soggy even when they are freshly made. And not to mention incredibly small. There is almost no meat on them, just a few stringy weird pieces. The skin on them stretches like bubble gum. And the boneless wings are glorified chicken nuggets. Breading was weird and wet and soggy and I picked em up as soon as they came out of the oven. Will never again. This place is only good for when you need late night shame food pizza that is open late and you don’t care about the quality.
