Took order for items they didn’t have. They use DoorDash, so some guy texted to tell me they didn’t have some of my stuff. 30+ bucks for a pizza that was missing items. Don’t order from this place.

Sep 5 2023 6pm worse service and attitude of all employee is rude. Owner sure don’t care because this is every time when this 2 guys working. They don’t care even customer waiting there for half hr even after pickup time.I asked why it’s getting late the one guy came up and talked rude.

Mediocre pizza and sub-par wings, the staff were nice but thats about all I can say thats positive about the location.If you want a pizza thats cheap and warm, I suppose it might be worth coming here, but the dominos down the street has much better food at around the same price, so I don't know why you would pick here over there, unless maybe you were at the laundromat next door and wanted to grab food without going too far out of your way? But even then theres francos, a good local italian restaurant across the street, and a ritas as well.
Terrible experience. You go through a call center and I can barely understand the guy. Then I asked for thin crust and he said the order was already placed so I couldn’t change it, even though I hadn’t confirmed it yet. Then they won’t take split my gift card and debit card. Then they charge me for two pizzas when I only ordered one. Never ever ever ordering from any papa John’s ever again.

The only reason to order soulless corporate pizza is because it's consistent. But I guess we can blame corporate greed and the looming recession for the decline in quality. If you enjoy regular crust pizza that is now limp, undercooked, and thin crust, than this pizza is still for you.

This was the worst pizza ever and when I called the owner was ruid and blamed it on uber ! I said you made the pizza not uber! The crust was Deformed , burnt and ice cold .the owner was ruid to me and I had to throw out a pizza . Worst pizza ever and so sad the owner did nothing to try and Rectify the issueJust kept blaming Uber when he made the pizza. I have pics of pizza

Wow. Finally decided to try the pizza seen on the commercials. Yum. Quite expensive, but decided to try anyway. Gave them all our credit details over the phone and when the delivery person arrived told us we had to pay in cash. Sent the pizza back. Not a good experience

Honestly the worst. Never follow food order or delivery directions. They canceled my last 2 orders, on 2 separate occasions, 30 minutes after I ordered so the whole time it said ‘preparing’ - it was not. and I received no notification that my order was canceled until I went to track my order.
