My first and last visit to Primos unfortunately. I was taking my 5 year old daughter who wanted chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and was immediately told the freezer was broke and they didn’t have pretty much any of the hand dipped flavors. Then she wanted a cake batter flavored soft serve and told the flavored soft serve wasn’t available either. I had a gift card I just wanted to use so she got a basic soft serve and I got a scoop of the only hand dipped flavor available. Why bother opening the doors and paying for overhead if you can’t provide a full experience? There are plenty of better ice cream parlors in the area. If I didn’t have a gift card to use I probably would never have gone there and now I know why.

Reached out to Primo’s in a pinch and they didn’t disappoint. Another vendor had double booked our event, and we needed ice cream & water ice for a group of 60+ kids in less than 1 hour’s time. Staff and ownership at Primo quickly confirmed availability, organized product and had everything ready for pick up- all while working through a seemingly busy Saturday afternoon/evening. Excellent service! Thanks, Primo!

Great service, employees are kind,fast and efficient. A very small area of both indoor counter style and outdoor seating and an additional back area with tables and single restrooms. Very large Variety of water ice and ice cream. High quality but good prices. Often out of mint chocolate chip.

I put 5 stars bc I’ve been going for years and their ice cream is the best!! BUT today the ice cream did not even touch the rim of the cup (it’s usually up to the lid) so it looked out of place and like it was missing and it was a large. So from now on, maybe I’ll just get a small or medium bc that was the amount I received today, sadly. We would normally leave with 4 larges and come back couple days later to restock lol bc they’re so good! But if the quantity goes down for the price that I pay then I may need to stick to smalls and unfortunately not go as often. I had to change it back to a 5 bc they deserve it, they’re always friendly and helpful! And someone even got back to me quickly!

Ordered from here through DoorDash and was forced to cancel after almost 2 hours. HOWEVER, Primos ended up calling me themselves to confirm that my order has been ready for an hour and offered me the opportunity to come and pick it up ❤️ AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND…..SOOO GOOD😋

*May 11th Update*- We had Dubai Chocolate Sundae which is apparently only in one size. They just put 60 percent of cup with pistachio flavored ice cream and very small cake of Dubai chocolate cake and a cherry on the top worh whipped cream on top of it.
There is a girl and a boy who has taken care of this order on Sunday evening (May 11th) who explained the order the worst possible way.
It's is not cheap. It is 14 dollars!!! Definitely not worth it!
We provided our feedback and they were like we don't care and put a small swirl of chocolate ice cream in the same cup. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Primo is our ice cream go-to for years. Good selection of flavors, MTB program is unbeatable, and portions are generous. Keep it up. Don't change.

I live in Florida and came to Jersey to visit family. We randomly stopped here last night. I must say everything in the shop caught my attention starting from the smile and service from Gracie. First this I notice was the incentive for expecting mothers and she explained the owners husband came up with that idea. It was my first time trying water ice and with so many options on the menu I wanted to try it all lol Gracie went over a few flavors with me and was very patient as I was super indecisive since all the options looked yummy. I ultimately picked a vanilla soft serve cone with sprinkles AND Mango water ice the quality was great but of course I would expect that since my experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Will probably go back before leaving back to Florida 🤍

We had a great first visit to Primo’s Voorhees location on Friday. My 4 year old is anaphylactic to peanuts, and we were so happy to find that allergen info was listed clearly on the menu! The associate was so nice and helpful- this is definitely our new ice cream place!

Update 7/12/24 service has been poor, and new girls working there has attitude when asking for the more complicated orders. Water ice still good the service has dropped this summer. Hope they find better workers.
