My kids are allergic to cow's milk, yet every time we've gotten the vegan ice cream (3-4 times), they had a reaction. My guess is cross-contamination. Very disappointed since we were so excited to have some other options besides water ice.

My husband and I have been big fans of Scoop DeVille in Philly and were excited to learn they were opening a shop in Haddon Township. We have been many times and love the variety of options, including vegan bases, that they offer.
This evening, we tried their online order system for pick-up. Unfortunately, when my husband brought the ice cream home, our order had gotten pretty scrambled, which is a very unusual experience for us. Perhaps it was a bit hectic on a Sunday evening.
While that experience was disappointing, the evening was saved by connecting with Spencer, the owner. I was able to explain the situation and within about 20 minutes, we had a gift card for a future visit. He even offered to have someone deliver a corrected order to us if we wanted that. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied customers.
I highly recommend Scoop DeVille for fun and creative ice cream options AND their outstanding commitment to the customer experience. I know we'll definitely be back!

Used to love this place in Philly. Went to the S Jersey location last night. Our ice cream was soupy and melted when it was given to our party inside the store. Very sparse on the mixings. Not the way ice cream should be served. Hard pass!

We were really disappointed in our açaí bowls. The açaí base is the strangest I’ve ever seen. Very light in color with no açaí flavor. I really question if this was açaí. The fruit…canned. At nearly $20 a bowl, no. Nutella addition left out of one of the bowls altogether. Not an experience I’m looking to repeat.

I hosted my daughter 2nd birthday party at Scoop De'Ville in South Jersey location. Everything went smoothly. The staff Maurice, Kate, and Josiah were phenomenal and very accommodating. They were very helpful and we definitely worked as a team to make it easier for the both of us. The theme was TWO SWEET and they were able to help provide fun activities for the kids to play as they ate yummy ice cream. The kids enjoyed the games and coloring as well as the adults. Spencer (The Owner) was very pleasant in helping to create such a fun, quick event for my baby girl. Thank You Scoop De'Ville for your service with my family.

They were friendly but. They served me the wrong order. Also, I ordered a sugar-free scoop for my husband, who is diabetic and they gave me the sugar one, and my husband ended up eating half of that. I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THEY CHARGED ME THE WRONG ORDER TOO. I ORDER 2 ICE CREAM AND CHARGED ME 3 ICE CREAM. 🤦♀️😲

Horribly over priced. A tiny kids cup is $9. They sell about 15 different cones but won’t actually put the ice cream in them….not worth the money at all! Nor did we receive the proper change back from the $25 order for 3 tiny cups we just left with melted ice cream after being the only people in there for 15 mins and enduring the two young men’s horribly unhelpful attitudes. Take your business else where! Iv never made a review on a business..ever…but this place was absolutely absurd

Ordered online last night for pickup as the menu choices seemed overwhelming to me! And loved that every item had a picture of the product for reference. My order still took a bit to come out but it was busy inside and everyone was working hard! I loved the pb mudslide cheesecake and the fruity pebble banana. My boyfriends Oreo ice cream was also delicious! Will definitely be coming back again!
