Love this location and they make my drinks with love ❤️ it’s just that there are too many flies, flying around in the kitchen. I get it’s next to the door but it’s definitely a concern. At least kill them as they come in.

Its 7am and they always claim their out of stock almost everything. Their out of cold foam at 7am. When i asked why there is no notice of that like a sign letting customers know the man gave attitude saying we don’t put paper signs out. I guess were suppose to just read their minds. Several times i have came to this Starbucks and they are always out of stock of mostly a lot of things. I have to drive out of my way in the morning if i want starbucks cause this one thats suppose to be convenient is never convenient and the guys that work there are very rude.

I come to this location daily. There is one particular girl who NEVER greets you, does not tell you a total, does not speak a word! Absolute ignorance. They give you more ice than drink. Paying $7 a day for ice I’m at a point of going to another location even if it is out of the way. There is only 1 girl who is amazing and does her job well and is very pleasant. I do not recommend this location at all!*see photo below* you can see where all the ice is vs the liquid that’s at the bottom. The liquid is BELOW the bottom black line and that’s it. The rest is the pineapple and shaved ice. Complete disgrace this is what they serve people.

The last 3x i have been there this month ( june 2023) they haven't had ice yet still remained open. Then was unable to make Frappuccinos twice. Staff is super nice and do a fantastic job...but when you go to starbucks and pay that money you expect the best product. If there is no ice, then get ice or shut down. My son walked off with 3 warm drinks. ** i do love they have a big cup selection.

The man gave a warm coffee waited until I said something then said its a fresh batch brewing. Why he didn't just give me that?? They don't wear gloves and they have homeless people sitting in the inside
This Starbucks is the absolute best around! Missi, Kat & Melissa are amazing? along with everyone else at this location! They are all so personable and sweet, go check them out!

The service sucks!! I ordered a refresher and the lady who made my drink she didn’t add lemonade she was talking to a guy who wasn’t even working and not paying attention she’s the worst!!! Do not recommend

I gave the cashier $6 out of the $6.66 that was due & I informed her I was going to my car for the .66 cent & I told her to prepare the sandwich multiple times & not once did she say it was an issue. I came back in with the change & she still didn’t warm the sandwich yet as I am in a rush I asked was it bc of .66 cent ? She said yes !!!! Wow so why would you take my $6.00 then if you weren’t already working on the meal ? I’m all for policies & rules but if that’s the case, say something & secondly don’t take my money if you’re not gonna work on my meal, what was the point ?
