Its 7am and they always claim their out of stock almost everything. Their out of cold foam at 7am. When i asked why there is no notice of that like a sign letting customers know the man gave attitude saying we don’t put paper signs out. I guess were suppose to just read their minds. Several times i have came to this Starbucks and they are always out of stock of mostly a lot of things. I have to drive out of my way in the morning if i want starbucks cause this one thats suppose to be convenient is never convenient and the guys that work there are very rude.

I come to this location daily. There is one particular girl who NEVER greets you, does not tell you a total, does not speak a word! Absolute ignorance. They give you more ice than drink. Paying $7 a day for ice I’m at a point of going to another location even if it is out of the way. There is only 1 girl who is amazing and does her job well and is very pleasant. I do not recommend this location at all!*see photo below* you can see where all the ice is vs the liquid that’s at the bottom. The liquid is BELOW the bottom black line and that’s it. The rest is the pineapple and shaved ice. Complete disgrace this is what they serve people.

The last 3x i have been there this month ( june 2023) they haven't had ice yet still remained open. Then was unable to make Frappuccinos twice. Staff is super nice and do a fantastic job...but when you go to starbucks and pay that money you expect the best product. If there is no ice, then get ice or shut down. My son walked off with 3 warm drinks. ** i do love they have a big cup selection.

The service sucks!! I ordered a refresher and the lady who made my drink she didn’t add lemonade she was talking to a guy who wasn’t even working and not paying attention she’s the worst!!! Do not recommend

I gave the cashier $6 out of the $6.66 that was due & I informed her I was going to my car for the .66 cent & I told her to prepare the sandwich multiple times & not once did she say it was an issue. I came back in with the change & she still didn’t warm the sandwich yet as I am in a rush I asked was it bc of .66 cent ? She said yes !!!! Wow so why would you take my $6.00 then if you weren’t already working on the meal ? I’m all for policies & rules but if that’s the case, say something & secondly don’t take my money if you’re not gonna work on my meal, what was the point ?

I rarely write public comments but was compelled to share my own experience at this Starbucks location given a few (unfair) negative reviews that I saw posted here. I visit this Starbucks “every” morning and “every” morning I’m greeted by name with kind hellos from Missy and the other staff members. They do this despite their location sometimes seeing long morning lines. My drink is almost always correct - perfect taste, perfect temperature - and on the rogue occasion where I need my drink corrected a little (which happens at every Starbucks) the staff at this location always assists me without complication. Concerning some of the negative reviews: Starbucks isn’t your therapist. The employees who work here or at any Starbucks location work hard each day - at a job that from all appearances… seems mighty difficult to do while maintaining 100% proper eye contact and a chipper enough disposition to satisfy the types of customers who are so desperate for unnecessary levels of validation that they’re looking for it at Starbucks. We should all have the same expectation for Starbucks. That we’re treated as important customers and that we receive a good product. By that measuring stick alone - this Starbucks location passes with flying colors!

The lady (black with pink hair )in there is highly rude and disrespectful, always changing saying how drinks come with stuff then saying other times ugh no it doesn’t ! when you politely ask and should get what you pay for . Very unprofessional environment.
