first time getting breakfast here because I was recommended by a friend! unfortunately though, my order was completely wrong and I didn't notice in time to give them a chance to correct it. not a great first impression but the food is decent despite my whole order (2 bagels) being wrong.

Good Day Philadelphia was there this morning, live of course. They were showing the green and white bagels in support of the EAGLES winning the Super Bowl, and they had the red and white for Valentines Day, which looks good swirled together. BUT…what threw me off was the fact that the owner did NOT wear gloves when touching the dough. He actually rolled the dough with his bare hands. The thought of it turned my stomach. He could have at least worn them for TV.

This for who order food from this place as delivery. Don’t blame your drivers if food come late from this location because this people charge extremely extra for delivery and top of that they keep pushing your order back for there walk in customers. They simply don’t care for drivers even after making most money out of them. If they can’t handle deliveries they should stop taking orders and stop being greedy.

If I’m paying menu prices, then I expect the item to be made the way it’s presented in said menu. If you differentiate from what’s presented, you are being very disrespectful to your consumer. So thank you for showing me that you don’t want or need my money. And how did you manage to burn a bagel that was being lightly toasted? Disrespectful, can’t follow their own menu and rude. So the convenience doesn’t even matter. Does it? Good day sir.
Thanks so much for responding but if you wanted to refund the purchase you could have when I was onsite. Everyone was aware that it wasn't made correctly. I had that discussion with three staff members. Funny that this was only offered after the negative review. That says enough. Thank you.

The bagel was a bit too soft & squishy for my liking, the scrambled (or more likely carton poured) egg was very basic, and the cheese quantity was lacking. The pork roll itself was the highlight.
This is the best bagel place in all of Audubon, Haddon Township, and Collingswood for sure! I've been going here for over 20 years with no plans of stopping. It's been consistent, friendly, and delicious!

Came in to relax and eat breakfast, yet the seating area was closed by 2pm and they said they were closing even though the business closes at 3pm. Not the friendliest service. The store looked closed when we got there at 2:06pm. When we returned to pick our food up at 2:28pm the door was locked and we had to wait while they mopped. I get employees want to go home, but not at dispense of customers ordering and enjoying their experience. Probably will not return to the store or DoorDash an order at best (which is what I've done for the past 8 months). They took the receipt when they handed us the food at the locked door, so I can't provide the picture with time stamps for proof.

Good, but not great. Overpriced. Two sandwiches and two soft drinks was almost $35. They even have the nerve to suggest a 15-30% tip when you have to order from the counter, get your drink yourself and all they do is drop off food at your table.
