Westmont Bagel, in Haddon Township, is our go to bagel shop. We drive over, and have even walked, from Haddonfield! I lived for over a decade in Manhattan and I have high bagel standards. These have been the best I can find outside of NYC. It even feels a little like Tal Bagels without the black & white cookies. That’s okay though because Westmont Bagels also has the best pastries in a case by the register.

We have a family of four so we get a dozen and freeze most of them. We go through them over the month. We pull them right from the freezer, thaw them out in the oven, finish them in the toaster and they still taste amazing! These bagels are the real deal!

There’s also a large beverage case, a coffee station (the ice coffee is perfect too), and a large area in the back to dine in.

We almost always get the Everything bagels, but the kids love the rainbow bagels too.

If you’re looking for the best bagels, that rival New York City, your search ends with Westmont Bagels.

absolutely love this place and the food, but last time i was in there my boyfriend and i were basically kicked out because they were 35 minutes from closing. we ordered at 2:15 and we knew they close at 3 because we always check google for their hours before going into places. first thing the lady at the register greeted us with was “grill is closed so we aren’t making anything.” all we came for was two cream cheese bagels so we asked if they’re still able to make them and she said yeah. even though we weren’t getting anything cooked we were a little put off by the grill being closed a whole 45 minutes before closing, it felt like they were trying to shoo us off? but it’s alright.
we only got two cream cheese bagels. they don’t take long to eat, definitely not 45 minutes so we knew we would be up and out of their way within 10 minutes of getting the bagels so we thought we’d be allowed to sit at a table and eat. i should note there was literally another couple was already sitting at another table when we sat down. the lady that rung us up brought us our bagels and told us in a very annoyed voice that they were about to close. i asked what time they close and she checked her watch and said in 10 minutes. then i checked my watch and saw it was 2:25. i said, “i thought you guys close at 3..?” she said “well, we’re about to be out of bagels, so…” and stormed off. not sure if she was just having a bad day but we did nothing to provoke any sort of attitude which we were given from the moment we walked in. so we just left and ate in the car. i understand that bagel places have weird rules for closing and stuff but this experience just felt so hostile and charged for no reason and i’m quite bummed because i really love getting bagels here but i’m honestly too nervous to go back after this.

Fortunate to have my first Westmont Bagel (cinnamon raisin) this morning. Definitely the best I've had around the PHL area. I will visit this weekend while in NJ. I have shared website/location with friends.

The bagels are always delicious, but it really frustrated me and the people i was with that we waited so long. We watched people with similar orders come in after us and leave before us. I would have really appreciated it if the cashier would have at least warned me id be standing there for forty minutes before spending 20 dollars on two bagel sandwiches. Will never be coming back

The best bagels outside of NYC. There is a wide variety of bagels and baked goods to choose from. A full menu of breakfast and lunch options to suit everyone. The cream cheese selection is the perfect compliment to any bagel.

Great bagels, fast service, and the cold brew is on point. Always fresh, always reliable. Easily one of the best spots in Jersey for a quick pick-me-up.

westmont bagels has some of the best bagel sandwiches around! there’s always friendly faces in there, too. my fav is the classic pork roll, egg and cheese, plus a delicious cup of the smoothest coffee to wash it all down. definitely recommend trying it out if you’re in the area!

Stopped in for a pork roll egg and cheese, haven’t had one in years because I live out of state now. The women at the register noticed my excitement and offered to give me a bag of bagels to take back home since they were closing soon. It made my day and my week. The nostalgia of a Jersey bagel makes me so happy and to be able to have one everyday since I’ve been home has been such a blessing. The food is amazing and the kindness I was shown is something I’ll never forget. Thank you so much I feel beyond grateful.
